I gave this company a call because I had a leak somewhere in my bathroom wall. I though it was fixed previous when I used a different company. That was not the case. Both men who fixed my drain were professional and respectful. I received a courtesy call letting me know they were on the way. The office personnel were pleasant to speak with. The price was fair and it was cheaper than I thought. I highly recommend this company. They even do bathroom and kitchen remodels. read more

I strongly advise looking elsewhere for HVAC services. We spent weeks dealing with an AC unit that froze repeatedly, requiring four separate visits, zero accountability from the technicians, and endless communication failures. Visit 1: Our system froze solid. The technician diagnosed a stuck closed TXV. Visit 2: Technicians replaced the TXV and recharged the refrigerant, costing us $1,600. Visit 3: The system froze again by the next morning. We called and they said they would send someone out. While on the phone, they told us to set the thermostat to OFF to ensure it could thaw because they needed it thawed to troubleshoot. The technician arrived and found the unit still on and frozen over. We told him it was already set to OFF, so he instructed us to turn off the breaker instead. He returned after it thawed, said it was low on refrigerant, added more, and left. Visit 4: The system froze solid again by the next morning. We called and asked for a more senior technician to come out as it had now been multiple visits and the temperatures were very high during this time frame, so we wanted a resolution. It was a Saturday, so initially they said they were unable to send a senior technician. When they called to say they were on their way, we were surprised and appreciated being told a senior technician was coming after all. Before arriving, they texted us claiming our indoor window units, which we were utilizing so the house maintained a somewhat livable temperature, were causing the freeze. When we asked if the outdoor compressor running continuously while set to OFF could be the cause, the technician explicitly stated that it would not be the cause. Once they arrived, they blamed our thermostat, our air filter (replaced the week prior), and then physically bent our indoor air registers downward without asking, saying they could be restricting airflow (even though they had operated fine at the angle they were at since the house was first built). As they were about to leave, my husband asked once again about the outdoor unit running when set to OFF, but this time to the senior technician directly. The senior technician agreed that it could be the cause, went outside, and found a stuck contactor/relay keeping the compressor running continuously. They replaced it, and the freezing stopped completely. When we asked the senior technician if this was the real issue all along, he claimed the compressor running and the TXV had absolutely nothing to do with each other and were isolated issues. This is incorrect; a continuously running compressor with no indoor fan guarantees a frozen coil, which perfectly mimics a bad TXV on gauges. They waived the service fee and left. The Management Escalation: I reached out to management to discuss the $1,600 misdiagnosis. I was promised a callback from the manager, who agreed my timeline matched the service notes and that he wanted to talk to the technicians to see if there was anything not in the notes. I followed up after a couple of days and again at the one-week mark, but was ghosted. This level of communication was unacceptable and made me feel extremely disrespected. After finally emailing the business owner, I received a call. They agreed to refund half the cost ($800) and explicitly stated we would not be charged for the contactor replacement. We accepted this to be done with the headache. The Final Straw: A month later, we received an invoice for an overdue bill of $241 for the contactor replacement, complete with interest fees. I called to dispute the bill since we were explicitly told we would not be charged for it. The phone representative told me there was a note stating only the service fee was waived, and we still owed for the contactor. When I asked who placed the note, the representative told me that was confidential, which makes no sense since it is our own billing account. I simply wanted to know if it was management or the technicians who placed the note so I could identify if there was a miscommunication. If I had been charged a service fee initially, I would understand, but the service fee was never charged on that day, which we have physical proof of. I never received a callback. At this point, I am simply paying the invoice to be completely done with this company and the immense stress they have caused. Honestly, I was not going to post a review, but this last incident just pushed things over the edge. Avoid them at all costs. read more

What this company does is give you an expensive quote and then when you agree to the job, their plumbers show up and say they are going to do the job with less man-hours and use less materials and tackle the job in an easier way but the price will still stay expensive. Hope that helps! read more

They didn't even try to unclog the drain. Had to call another plumbing company and they succeeded. Also, one of the idiots left a cigarette butt on my darn porch. I was very upset. I guess they weren't expecting for me to be the homeowner in such neighborhood and large home, so I lost money and had to clean up behind them. Would NEVER recommend them read more

This is NOT the company it used to be. I used them in the past, but will NEVER use them again. The technician was great, but that is the only nice thing that I can say. They ordered a part for me and charged me 2 1/2 times what it costs. They are NOT customer oriented anymore. read more

We needed out gas hot water tank replaced because pilot light would not stay lit. Called Bobby L. Green and a service manager came out. He explained the problem and suggested a tankless system which would lower the cost of heated water in our large home. We agreed to replace the system and are very satisfied with the new tankless system. The installation crew was very polite and efficient. Thank you Arec Wilkerson and crew. read more

I'n not usually one to leave reviews, but everyone at Bobby L. Greene did a phenomenal job installing a sink in an office space where two other companies said "it couldn't be done". They did an incredible job and I would highly recommend this company. Over and out! read more

Always the best. I hate plumbers prices but at least I know it's done right and stand behind the work they do. Don't call anyone else.

Call back time was extremely fast. Excellent service all around. Deanna's customer service was impeccable as well as the two plumber's who came out to do the job. The work was done in under an hour. They also went above and beyond by fixing another little plumbing issue I had. I just can't say enough about how excellent the customer service was. Very friendly and welcoming. My plumbing issues are twice as good before I had an issue. If you want excellent work, fast and friendly service this is the place to go. Obviously I would highly recommended this company. read more

On Friday, one of Bobby L Greene's people allegedly fixed a drainage problem we had in the kitchen. When the problem continued, we called and were informed that you do not warranty the work. We called another plumbing company, which found TWO large clogs that the kid Greene sent out missed. Giglio fixed the problem cheaper, with a 30 day warranty. Bobby L. Greene ripped us off for almost $150. read more

I have done business with Bobby Green Plumbing before and had good service. but it would not recommend this company to anyone now. I had a plumbing emergency. I needed my water turned off and know how to do it myself and have a key, but the shut off valve was stuck. so when I called the company I called during normal business hours. I asked them to come turn off the water and we could set a appointment to fix the leak. I was told that I would be charged after hour rates. Well Mr. Green Plumbing, you have lost me as a customer. and I wasted valuable time calling you. and I will be paying after hours rates but it wont be to your company. That is one unique way of making a extra dollar. read more

American home shield came out and stated there was a slab leak. They referred a plumbing company but after speaking with them on the phone I just didn't feel confident that they were the right people for the job. Two different coworkers of mine mentioned Bobby L. Greene and after I ended the call I felt comfortable hiring this company, they were super nice on the phone and very professional!! They arrived same day, and completed the job 3 days later!! There price was a little higher than others but It was worth it..Be sure to get a clear understanding about the 10% discount but overall I would recommend and use again. read more

Excellent service .I had a clogged main sewer line. The plumber Came out got the job done in lest than 45 minutes. Highly recommended! !!!

We had a huge underground pipe break in our back yard and Bobby L. Greene Plumbing Co. sent two men and a backhoe to dig down 5 feet to repair. The two workers were courteous, kind, respectful, worked fast and quietly (amazingly) and did a great job. I thoroughly recommend Bobby L. Greene and commend their two workers who repaired our leak. No problems whatsoever! read more

A 50 year relationship damaged due to one person who works in your office and handles invoices. Thank you to Michael, Candance and Lyle for your outstanding service to me and my father, I only wish everyone who worked in your office were as professional as you guys. read more

I used to get great service from Bobby L. Green. However, the man they sent out to my house today never even introduced himself. He literally yawned in my face three different times when I tried to explain the leaking sound I had heard. He said I don't hear anything. Then my husband came in the room and all of a sudden he could hear the leaking in the walls. He never looked for the source of the leak. He just said it was a slab leak and it would cost thousands of dollars to repair. That floors would probably have to be torn up and walls. He said I needed to check with my insurance because it was going to be a huge bill. He also said that they could not get back to me until about four days from now. So, I called another plumber they came out within an hour and within 30 minutes they found the leak under my slab with the equipment they had on board. They said they could put PVC piping inside the copper piping that was leaking and it most of the work could be done outside by digging in my yard and that there would be very minimal work that had to be done inside the house. They estimated the total cost would be about $2,200.00. These two men were very personable and professional and offered me a realistic solution to my problem that was affordable. So, it's plumber number two for the win! Goodbye Bobby L Green Plumbing you have lost my business. read more

Your safety and satisfaction as a customer will not supersede the comfort of the employees. This company refuses to require its employees to abide by the governors orders regarding Covid19 which reads "All businesses and organizations shall require that any owner or employee having any interaction or contact with the public shall wear a mask or a face covering at all times." Even upon requesting the plumbers wear masks in her own home (which again to be operable they are required to do so) one of the men's response was "I don't wear a mask." The other did have a mask but only wore it temporarily. My mother is elderly, high risk with underlying health issues and is on oxygen. Both men that were sent out used her bathroom without permission which is highly unprofessional and didn't even have the courtesy to put down the toilet seat. When we spoke to Michael at the office his response was these are my best guys and masks are hard to come by. However, the employee didn't say I don't have one because she asked. He said "I don't wear one." Maska are available all over town and to make excuses just added to the frustration. If the best you have aren't concerned with the safety and satisfaction of the customers, following orders issued by the governor, or the courtesy of being a guest in someone's home I hate to see what the rest of his guys are like. My mother has been a loyal customer of this company for a long time. No more. I highly suggest using any other company read more

The toilet in my daughter's room quit flushing, so I took the top off of the tank and drained it, finding a broken actuating unit for the flush valve (American Standard). I was unable to find one in stock at various suppliers in town and, as she was coming home from Grad School in a few days, I elected to contact a plumber. I should mention that my daughter has cerebral palsy with limited mobility; therefore, difficulty using other bathrooms. I had used Bobby L. Greene in the past, without adverse outcome, so called during business hours on a week day. I told them exactly what was needed - Actuating unit for America Standard flush valve, an $11.38 item at Home Depot, when in stock. I took the top off of the tank, shut the water off, drained the tank, and turned on all the bathroom lights, in preparation. The plumber arrived, assessed the situation, and said he needed a special part (the actuating unit that I told them was needed!!!) and left to find one. He eventually came back and replaced the part in 10 minutes. I have to say, I was flabbergasted when he presented me with a bill for $200.00+!!! My advice from this encounter is -- If you want to pay $200+ for an $11.00 part being replaced in 10 minutes, Bobby L. Greene is the plumber for you. read more
