I had my services with an unbelievable human being that went there extra mile ensure they battery service i requested was met advice and being expectations. Below is what i wrote for PRO TOWING ABOUT THE SERVICE... Excellent service most of the time; today, however, was extra special with a "battery-service" call through AAA. The service guy, SHARIF SAID was amazing. The requested service was not only fulfilled with great enthusiasm but with well-intended effort to ensure satisfaction of his personal service was experienced. It was a great joy and Ives me thrill to endorse SHARIF for active needing help. I tried to give him incentive / tip for his work and he would not take it. He immediately noticed as he tried to plug the jumper cable that the red/positive battery connector was the concern. It didn't cooperate when he tried to tighten it. He went beyond that and looked hot alternative solution outside the box to ensure it gets tighten and I'm able to take it for recommended replacement of said connector. I highly recommend SHARIF for anyone looking for service. Truly the value of the menders was met with great enthusiasm and care!!! Thank you SHARIF.

However, every time I call, there is always this lady that answers the phone that's RUDE! Very RUDE! I think she's either the owner or the manager but omg, if you're closed on weekends then DON'T answer the phone. There's no reason for you to pick up the phone and then yells out "WE ARE CLOSED" call back during working hours. No logic there, just don't answer. This has already happened for a couple of times. I would never deal with this place again! Should fire that lady and promote the Hispanic/Asian looking guy that was so helpful.

Exceptional service…read more Just got a call from Christy herself in response to an obscure question I had about auto insurance transfer periods. I was expecting one of her staff members to provide me with a link to some pre-drafted State Farm materials explaining everything, but instead I got Christy, live on my phone, explaining and engaging in conversation about the intricacies of an abstract future transaction that may or may not come to pass. Really unnecessary for the head of the agency to reach out herself, but really appreciated too.

When I called back today, Cherry repeatedly told me she didn't know anyone's names or phone numbers or anyone who could help me when my agent was out. When I asked her of a contact who could help she just kept repeating the same exact thing and when I demanded a name of an agent she just said "Im Cherry" utterly frustrating and awful to deal with and I feel like I have to lose my mind with these people to get any progress. All I got for a good 30 minutes was "can I take a message" when the whole issue was they couldn't be bothered to call me back despite multiple messages. It's been 3 weeks and literally no actual response that I had to speak to the agent I work with for auto insurance instead for any help filing a claim. EDIT: Christy the owner literally called me herself only to direct me back to her receptionist because she wanted to take another call. When I asked I was told she shrugged me off to do another meeting. Unbelievable. Your entire office is a joke and I hope your business sinks.
