And by other reviews you can see that they've had consistently great business for years and years and years. I just brought with me to Illinois one of the very large pieces they had framed They offer a unique and perfect system for hanging a piece which makes it very easy to level. In my move I lost some of the hardware. They graciously sent me replacement pieces and I am so happy to have the wonderfully framed peace now hanging again with me in my temporary apartment in Illinois. The way I found North Penn Art was by entering a photo contest. It was suggested to use North Penn Art to print and mat our pieces. We could go anywhere we wanted but they mentioned North Penn Art. If professional photographers use a certain printing and framing place you know it's going to be good. And it is!!! THANK YOU TEAM NORTH PENN ART!! ~Diane

The restoration was OUTSTANDING! I am beyond pleased with how it turned out. It was a little pricey, in my opinion, but I really have no idea how much these things tend to cost. But still associates stood around just watching the lines. I finally said, "can you open another register?" She said she was not allowed unless her manager said she could. Not acceptable and will not return. AND the associates who were on break were smoking right outside the front doors! Totally unacceptable!!

Amazing customer service at this store…read more When I go to a Michael's we usually get very good service, but this time the associate, Calvin, when above and beyond. Thank you so much for your help, Calvin, I love the two frames you helped mount for us. The pictures we were looking for a frame for had atypical measurements as they were from overseas. When we told the measurements to Calvin he picked out two frames that he thought would line up nicely with the pictures. We ended up buying both frames and purchases a mat for one of them at a price point of approx. $10 I want to say. Could not have been happier with the experience. Also, Pro -Tip: always look for coupons as you should find some on the digital app that make be even better than the deals in the store. As always people SYOY!!!
