The large store is well-organized by theme, well-stocked with bulk bricks and sets, and well-staffed by friendly and knowledgeable folks. The store carries bulk LEGO as well as new and used sets and minifigs, with inventory that is constantly being refreshed with current and retired minifigs and sets. The staff here actually knows their stuff and they're happy to help whether you're looking for a specific retired set or just want to dig through the LEGO bulk bins. They're personable, straightforward, and passionate about LEGO. I've been to plenty of hobby shops that suffer from the curse of knowledge -- trying to overcomplicate things or giving you an attitude in a misguided attempt to demonstrate that they know more than their customers, but the vibe from the staff in this location was helpful and low-pressure. Pricing is very fair for what you're getting, especially for the rarer minifigs and sets. Definitely worth a trip if you're in the area! Each level has different elements. There's stairs, as well as an elevator to access all levels. Prices seem reasonable for the things that they offer. Everything is well kept and in protective sleeves, etc to preserve it from getting worn. Every employee was pleasant and friendly. Not sure about parking as we walked. But, it's super close to the Heinz History Center so could easily walk from there. Well worth a visit!!

There are multiple floors at Eide's and you can take the stairs but there is an elevator. Their floors are organized by the type of item they sell on that floor. For example, one floor is records, another is comics, toys, and action figures, so it's pretty simple to find the right direction if you're looking for something specific. The staff is also very kind and helpful. During my most recent trip I was browsing the first floor and found one of my favorite books from my childhood! It was only $5 and I couldn't pass it up. You just never know what you'll find here, but I can guarantee if you look hard enough you'll find some gems!

A small hobby shop just outside the heart of Robinson…read more Mostly focuses on collectible trading card games but offers some books (trade paper backs, manga, mostly silver age coward comics), hero-clix, D&D accessories, and other collectibles like pop-funko. The store seems to always be going though an identify crisis, which often seems to hinder the growth that should have happened already. That always disappoints me as I really think that there is a solid core to this store. The owner, while not always business savvy, is one of the nicest, most genuine people you'll ever meet. Always jovial, kind, and will go out of your way to do something for you, but this seems to always lead to the guy being taken advantage of. The selection overall seems to be pretty average. Not a fan of the cards NOT being displayed in the display cases, but the kiosk in the front of the store will be satisfactory for now. I would really like them to bring back the binders and for them to utilize the display cases again in the future. It is also painfully apparent that they've outgrown the current store quite a while ago. I do surely hope they're able to move into a larger store in the near future. Overall it could be a lot worse. The store has the privilege of being in Robinson, but doesn't seem to always utilize the position they're in. I hope they can expand in the future so that I may update the stores progress then.
