The staff is also very kind and helpful. During my most recent trip I was browsing the first floor and found one of my favorite books from my childhood! It was only $5 and I couldn't pass it up. Mike checked both components and found them to be in working condition. He then went over about 5 possible situations that could be causing a problem with getting current to the train. He showed me exactly what to check. He was very friendly, thorough and patient in going over all of the suggestions. And, I'm older than the train! Every worker here will nail you with the best board game recommendations not even AI can beat. I have never seen a board game store so large and organized. Everyone who works here is so personable, so lovable and so passionate about the hobbies they share. I will never forget this store. If you're a collector of current, single-issue comics, that is this store's specialty, but if you want graphic novels or collectibles, you can still order those too. Lou is extremely knowledgeable. He has rarely recommended a book to me that I haven't enjoyed, and he won't steer you in the direction of bad books just to make a sale. Just make sure you have cash in your wallet before you go though, because this store is cash only.
