The city inspector just came and made a comment that their job is easier when it is a Robert McGill job, because they never find any problems. Talk about an endorsement! Oleg and his team at Fuse were AMAZING!…read more From my initial chat communications with Oleg through Yelp, I knew we would be in great hands as he displayed his VAST knowledge of HVAC technologies in general. Not only was he able to accommodate an appointment the very next day (at 8 AM, as I requested), but he was able to diagnose and repair my two Mitsubishi Mr. Slim AC units within less than two hours. As you can see from the photos, when Oleg and his team arrived this morning, both AC units were blowing HOT AIR (which is almost NEVER necessary in South Florida) and by the time they were done, both units were blowing VERY cold air, allowing the units to function as designed and cooling the spaces that each unit served. Oleg also recommended some additional maintenance that the units could benefit from, but he was not at all about the "high-pressure" sales tactics and simply provided the information and pricing for me to decide. Fuse's pricing was more than fair, and Oleg and his team seemed to care more about the work and performing it with expert precision than they did about the money. I would HIGHLY recommend Oleg and the entire Fuse team to ANYONE and EVERYONE!

After inspecting, they told me the vent was already clean and didn't require any work -- yet they still charged me the full $199. This was extremely misleading. If no cleaning was performed, there should not have been a full charge, especially after being told the inspection would be free. That was never explained as a service or diagnostic fee upfront. On top of that, I've had my air ducts cleaned before, and previously multiple vents were serviced. This time, the technician only addressed one vent, which felt inconsistent and incomplete compared to prior service. Overall, this felt like a bait-and-switch situation. Make sure you get everything clearly in writing before agreeing to anything. Very disappointing experience.

One did not even check the unit outside except to look at it and say it was running but old and should be replaced. the other checked the tag and age and also said it was old & should be replaced. We were told a new system was 4,000 (which would include the permits) and both said they would throw in a new inside ceiling grill in white for us. This was allot of money. So we wanted one more opinion. After carefully checking backgrounds and referrals again I narrowed down my last choice to Polar Comfort, Inc in Lake Worth, 561-876-4458. Incredible to think 2 years ago a new system was 2500- 3,000, as we know from neighbors & friends! Today we had Polar Comfort Inc, A+ rated on BBB.org, the owner Phil & Jeremy came. They took their time and really checked our system, my husband said, "They were thorough and it was obvious they knew the mechanics of the system". They said, "we had a very slow leak of Freon", ( we can't recall ever adding Freon so in time it gets lower as well), the reading was about 65, and Polar Comfort got it down to 51 with Freon. Phil & Jeremy checked the capacitors, they opened the system and used this special meter that showed how well the capacitors were working, (which the other 2 companies did not do). Phil showed my husband how one capacitor was totally not working and the other one was partially working. My husband spoke to them about the price and it was agreed too. And how lucky was this, they were prepared on the spot to fix our problem, "no wait time". They were so pleasant, helpful, and able to show us the problem, they even showed my hubby the old capacitors they removed. I highly recommend them and feel that their "Expert" mechanic A/C skills, professionalism, courtesy, thoroughness, and on the spot ability to fix the problem is superior.
