Over the years, I've come to recognize and remember some of the team like Lainey, Ben, Steve, and David. I'm terrible with names, but that alone says something. The same people are still there. They show up when they say they will. If they're on their way, they're actually on their way, and they arrive promptly. That's rare for a service company, especially in South Florida. Things happen and schedules get tight, but Mikla's clearly manages their time extremely well. They're efficient, professional, and respectful of yours.
