I really wanted to like this barbershop. I really did. Which is why i tried multiple times but still failed. I made an appt with "Vicious blends" through the booksy app. The day of, he tells me he's running late. I get it, we're all human. Waiting, waiting, my appt was at 8am. He didn't show up until after 9am. Super unprofessional. Due to him not showing up I ended up getting cut with Julio. I didn't get a sorry or anything stating the dude even cared he was that late. Julio did a good job I let him know I would love to book for future appts. Fast fwd to my next cut. Made an appt with Julio on Tuesday via text. He confirmed for Friday . Day of, NO SHOW. There I am waiting for him and no text, no notice, nothing. How long would I of been sitting there if someone else didn't approach me to ask if I had an appt? Again, super unprofessional. Someone else had to take me(again) because of it. I have receipts for what I'm saying check out the photos. Clearly, this place is not respectful of your time. Stay far far away. Please don't message me about making it right with a free haircut. Instead, talk to your barbers about professionalism. read more

We been coming here for years. Today we received the worst service. The guys looked all mad. I brought my son in and no one wanted to do kids hair. They said they all had appointment where mind you we were there for about 2 hours waiting. They did my husbands hair but the guy was all mad doing it. Many of the guys we met moved to another location. We will be getting in touch to visit their location now. read more

My fiancé just went this morning for our engagement photos beard line up. He has a few white hairs and needed his beard to be extra jet black for our pictures. We have been looking for someone that uses a straight razón to cut his beard. Angie is the girl to go to. Anthony was so welcoming and he did a walk in. He was informative and immediately helped him. He didn't have an appointment but they fit him in for the day. Next time he will set one up. We highly recommend this shop and we plan to be back with the groomsmen so they can be spoiled. Walking in, you are greeted by everyone and they all try to get to know you on a first name basis. Every barber in here as talent. You can come as a walk-in, but highly advisable you call in to make an appointment. Our family barber is Big Ant. It all started with my dad meeting him, and that's how my brother and I started getting our cuts by him. I have been getting my haircut by Big Ant for over 7 years. Horrible service!! Extremely unprofessional..First, they schedule appointments for barbers that are not even working on the date the appointment was booked and to make matters worse they don't have the common courtesy of accommodating the client for their mistake, instead they are told to sign in and wait as a walk in. Second, they have no sense of customer service, they are rude and unprofessional. This barber shop is owned by a Mexican singer and I'm sure this is the only reason why they have a large clientele..This owner should reconsider his staff, they are given him a bad reputation with the lack of professionalism. Please go to another barber shop, we have so many other good barbers in the area that actually care about their clients, they go above and beyond to give the client a good experience until like the barbers in this shop. read more

Really bad experience I brought my 3 yr old son in as a walk-in I understand that people have appointments and make appointments but at the same time one of the barbers there didn't have any more appointments he was there for about a half hour doing nothing after his last cut we were signed up on the list waiting and instead of taking another half hour out of his time to cut my sons hair he left when he was there for a whole half an hour just talking with everybody I really felt discriminated against, The girl at the front was really friendly and the girl that offered us water was really friendly everybody else already had people in their chairs but overall it was just not a good experience won't ever be going back read more

Day after thanksgiving and they close at 1pm. Yet they have the door wide open and open sign is lit. If you are closed, close the door and post a large sign in your hours of business that you will be closing early. I just moved to the area and live about 5 minutes away. I am a firm believer in supporting local businesses. But sloppy business practices just walked me to superCuts. I am looking for a new barber and this location will never obtain my business. I came here about a month ago because my nephew wanted a haircut however he had long hair. He specifically told the girl cutting his hair how much he wanted to cut , so in other words a TRIM. he wanted in sense wanted the top long & undercut the bottom of his hair. I don't recall her name but she had blonde streaks & brunette hair, and Tattoo on her forearm. 5 mins go by & she starts chopping off all of his hair. Never coming here again to such unprofessional standards, the cut was horrible & she did it in such a rush. They're not amicable whatsoever or attentive to a clients wants.
