We needed a place to stay whilst attending an event at the Landmark Theatre, and this B&B was a short walk from the venue. The owners helped us with a parking space (at a bit of a premium at this end of town) and showed us our room. It was in a traditional style, but was comfy and clean. They also own a small cafe on the ground floor, so we decided to have our lunch there. All the food was very nice. It turns out that many items on the menu are homemade or sourced locally. Our breakfast was in the ground floor dining area, and, once again, the food was fresh and tasty. The bread was homemade earlier that morning! We were glad we stayed there, and the owners certainly made the guest feel like valued and wanted customers. If we return to Ilfracombe and need a place to stay, this will be our first choice! read more
