This place really has it all, for kids and parents alike. This is our favorite play place to come…read moreto, as it has a good playscape, a full bar, games and food to boot. Plus, on Fridays they have live shows in the evening. It does get a bit chaotic and let's face it, it's difficult to watch your kid get picked on but it's the law of the playground. There's only one person on duty however at the front and behind the bar so play at your own risk. Also prices are high for food and drink. A beer is $8 and a cocktail is $12- $15... but the entry fee for kids is only $15 so... tradeoffs. Food is okay; soft pretzel tasted a little off but the breadsticks were good and it seemed like everyone was ordering pizza. Will have to try that next time. Games are also expensive; you have to load a card and most games cost about 40 pts per play, lasting from seconds to about a minute. Not a ton of games but enough. Also offer a family restroom for changing and children which is good. It's in a strip mall with a grocery store and a golf sim too and on a main road. Easy to access. Overall it's my go to play place for the kids and plenty of seating and overlook spots for parents.

She refused to scan it instead, asking me for my phone number and wouldn't even acknowledge that I was showing it to her. She then told us we had to take off our shoes, which was fine. I was going to do it after I paid and got my card taken care of. I sent my two children to get a basket to put their shoes in. After I paid, I took my shoes off and held them in my hand. She then told me that my shoes have to be in the basket and wouldn't open the door until I did that-basket was now overflowing since 3 pairs of shoes more than filled it. Do they? I fail to see the difference of if they're in my hand or in a basket. Total power trip! Just a jerk for no reason! An elderly man was putting his shoes on near the exit, struggling at that, and even though he was on the way out, she gave him a hard time also. I don't even want to use the restroom for fear of being harassed for wearing shoes in there. I have been here many times and never had an issue with the staff being so particular. Nor am I trapsing all through the place with shoes on. I understand the need to keep it clean for all. But the attitude and demeanor is uncalled for. Visit was April 1

We purchased the annual passed and when we did it had us put in our names and birthdays along with a photo for each person. We did come on a busy Saturday as well. We paid $160 for 4 people for a full year which isn't too bad. When it is cold or rainy we can come here and when it is nice we go to the zoo. When we arrived it said they were no longer taking tickets for guests as they were full. I got worried for a moment but we walked up and they scanned and let us in. I didn't realize how massive the place was until we walked in. It was so big and there was so much to do. They especially loved the yellow slide. While we were there, peppa came out too. Just be aware: they do not allow outside food or drinks. They have a small cafe with fair prices inside. I wanted to take a photo but my daughter was running around so that was important. They don't really want strollers inside but there is a spot to park it in the entrance area. They also request kids take shoes off and parents while in certain areas. Just an FYI my kids kept shoes on bc we asked permission. They have braces and need to wear shoes and they said that was totally fine. Overall, this place is awesome and worth it.

The staff wasn't friendly. I like that they write the parent phone number on the child's wrist ban. Inside is very cool! We found a little hill to put our coats and bag down. Everyone just claimed a spot to keep their stuff. Within the middle are some picnic tables and food/drink. Nice for younger toddlers but still fun for bigger kiddos. My girl was about 1.5 years old and everything was pretty much accessible for her expect for the bigger slides and the bikes. There is a lot of areas for play. Some stuff is a little too loved and worn down. Nothing is too overly interactive. My girl loved the delivery truck since she could put pretend boxes and envelopes into the slots. Bathrooms weren't the most toddler friendly. No little stool or anything to help with washing hands. Peppa came out to meet kiddos and take pics. But there didn't seem to be a rhyme or reason on when Peppa would come out. The handler for Peppa was amazing! Interactive, allowed for each kid and family to have time with Peppa, offered to take pics, stop kiddos who weren't aware of the line. There is a sign that asked for you to take off your shoes, but it's not really policed? It seems implied but not really enforced. Staff wasn't really around at all. But lots of announcements constantly going. The color of the band you wear matters since you are only allowed 2 hours of play. My girl played with everything and we had some time to spare.
