The more our team responded with kindness and grace, the worse Mr MNP CPA treated them. All in email, and recorded phone calls. While we are certain there are other kind and graceful MNP Employees, I am willing to bet Mr CPA has demonstrated this type of entitled and demeaning behaviour elsewhere, while the other MNP Staff said nothing. So. We are calling you out, MNP. If your CPAs are going to act like feral raccoons in customer service situations, then I hope other consumers will choose another company to work with.
