The owner is also very nice and welcoming. I have never had poor customer service over there, and even recommended the place to my other friends. Just look at the reviews of the other place they own and see (its called Bureau de Change Super and is across the street). I am actually very perplexed by the other reviewer's comment, which shows he has never been to the place. Actually the place has only recently opened and was registered in 2021 (whereas his comment is from 2019 when the place was probably not even opened yet). However, next door they opened up a brand new Calforex to the right which is much more bigger and more discrete (you go inside the shop and not outside from the window mall). It looked freshly open and only around for 6months I believe.. not too sure as I don't often come to laval that often anymore. Had a meeting in Laval and decided to kill 2 birds with one stone type of thing. I know I went to the other location on peel off of st-catherine street and they claim they have the best rate which was nice to hear but who knows. Service was friendly and quick .. There was also not many people and was quite glad .. there was only one cashier.. so who knows if the service is consistent when there's more people? I can't say!
