You can tell a lot about people based on how they treat the people that serve them. For that reason, we do not recommend MNP. An MNP CPA came to our workplace, and treated our entire team in a way that makes us want to post one of those "We will not tolerate abuse towards our team" signs. The more our team responded with kindness and grace, the worse Mr MNP CPA treated them. All in email, and recorded phone calls. While we are certain there are other kind and graceful MNP Employees, I am willing to bet Mr CPA has demonstrated this type of entitled and demeaning behaviour elsewhere, while the other MNP Staff said nothing. Chose MNP for a friend initially due to their long track record in the business, good info on their website and good reviews. The appointment with the trustee was booked quickly, however, initial impressions were very disappointing. The agent was abrupt and rushed. She didn't take any time to fully understand the situation and didn't allow for any questions on my friend's part. Also, was told they needed to pay a $250 fee to start the process, which went directly against the information presented on their website, that said that NO fees would be billed directly to the client. We ended up going with a different company that was much more patient, understanding and informative, and that did not request any up front fees. read more

I was referred to Linda Spina at this office by one of her existing clients. I found her to be completely unresponsive despite several inquires. Based on my experience, they have no interest in servicing clients despite being in the service business. I urge you to use another service instead of MNP. read more
