During our meeting, he presented me with the peace of mind insurance and how advantageous it could be, as indeed, if they made any error filing my taxes, they will reimburse any outstanding amount. According to him, I had to receive a refund from the Quebec government, which I did. However, a few weeks later, I have received a new notice of assessment from them saying that I actually owe them money. I immediately contacted him on march 23rd regarding the situation, and he would not get back to me. I have tried going to the branch, booking appointments, calling reception and he always finds a way to avoid me. When I finally got ahold of him, he finally told me that it was their mistake and they will fix the issue, this was on april 18th. Ever since, he has not returned any of my phone calls or even dared answer the various emails I've sent to him and to reception. The customer service I have received is simply mediocre, as I find it really dishonest to be first in line to cash the money and then hide when there is a mistake that they should be taking care of. It has been 4 months now without any updates, I would not recommend this place at all.
