There's a charge for everything and an excuse to pay you less at every opportunity. I got fed up and decided to cancel my car insurance with them and they did it again! They charged me a $75 cancelation fee! I have canceled my insurance with other companies many times in the past and never has a company had the audacity to charge a cancelation fee. What if you sell your car and cancel your insurance. You have to pay them? Disgusting. These guys are the biggest scammers around. Do not buy your insurance from them!!
