However, next door they opened up a brand new Calforex to the right which is much more bigger and more discrete (you go inside the shop and not outside from the window mall). It looked freshly open and only around for 6months I believe.. not too sure as I don't often come to laval that often anymore. Had a meeting in Laval and decided to kill 2 birds with one stone type of thing. I know I went to the other location on peel off of st-catherine street and they claim they have the best rate which was nice to hear but who knows. Service was friendly and quick .. There was also not many people and was quite glad .. there was only one cashier.. so who knows if the service is consistent when there's more people? I can't say! Overall, great exchange rate and very happy with the fast and easy transaction

Absolutely a horrible and rude experience. Shut down mid day with no notice but a dumb sign on the…read morewidow. Woman comes back wearing her full headphones and completely ignored me. After waiting for 40 minutes she finally opens her wicket. I ask her if she's open now and she replaces her little paper clock in the window and says she has one min left and says that I'm rude. A horrible & arrogant company representative, I defiantly will not be back. Go elsewhere and save yourself some grief
