Belair Direct is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. They overcharge for insurance and when you want to make a claim they try to nickel and dime you on everything. There's a charge for everything and an excuse to pay you less at every opportunity. I got fed up and decided to cancel my car insurance with them and they did it again! They charged me a $75 cancelation fee! I have canceled my insurance with other companies many times in the past and never has a company had the audacity to charge a cancelation fee. What if you sell your car and cancel your insurance. You have to pay them? Disgusting. These guys are the biggest scammers around. Do not buy your insurance from them!! read more

They mostly will talk nicely to you but stab you in the back when all is said and done. They are only interested in taking your hard earned cash.
