The tellers are friendly and the line moves quickly. As a student, they had very attractive packages to offer as well as many incentives. Important to read the fine print as always. Overall, I definitely recommend this branch and am glad I switched. Small sub-note: My boyfriend is with Tangerine (owned by Scotia) and tried to deposit 100$ at the atm at this location. He inserted his card and the money and then there was an error message. After a few minutes, the card came out, but not the cash. It is now two months later and after many attempts and communications with Tangerine/Scotia, the issue has not been resolved.
