So there is no room for a reschedule later. I watched the technician there, even though they are a minority themselves. Give service to all the non minorities first then serve the minorities. 6 people all scheduled for 12pm and only one technician. I had to call out and take the whole day off work in order to get my vehicle sorted. The technician there charges double for is shop fee for calibration than other shops. I rather drive 30 miles farther get my calibration done for half the price pay more in gas and feel like I'm being treated like a human being. I am not going back. Go there and see it for yourself.
