This company can originate a new car key and program it if you need them to. Not something can be said for all locksmith companies. They charge more than it would cost for me to go and get new keys cut and programmed from the dealership, so I go and pickup the unprogrammed, cut computer keys up from Jim Ellis Mazda in Marietta. ($75)(In order to have them take care of the whole job, I would have to tow my car all the way up there.) 2:15 I get a call from the company asking me to go and test the keys to make sure that they turn. They don't want to send someone out before I make sure that the keys work. Fair enough. 2:30 I get home. The key works. I call them up. Tell them the great news. They say great. 1-1.5 hours till I can drive. 3:50 I receive a call stating that techs are backed up and cannot come out until 5-5:30. boo. (4-stars) I ask for a discount. I am told that there will be no discount on services. (3-stars).... but there is a coupon on the website for $10 off. (back to 4-stars) 4:42 Tech shows up. Raheem: Super friendly and outgoing... I instantly like him. Quick service. Finished in 10 minutes. Not much to complain about overall. A great company with some unique offerings. Raheem is cool. Staff is cool in general.
