The follow up from my fitting appointment, falls in line with the A+ service ACM Styling continue's to provide. The biggest surprise for me was the clothing style Annie @ ACM Styling chose. The pieces were not of those I would have pulled for myself. As a caveat to that, the pieces, once matched up, were very complimentary to my body shape. Annie's suggestions were in fact, what was best for my overall look & comfort. The clothing information shared by Annie on each piece helped me to understand her choice's, and have better equipped me with the knowledge necessary when looking for the right piece. The information is priceless. I look forward to a continued relationship with Annie @ ACM Styling. Kindly, Gigi C. read more

I can't wait for my next appointment and to be able to continue to work with her for years to come. read more

Proper fit! After working with Annie Miranda, I now understand the importance of properly fitted clothing. In the past, I was stubborn and ironically never wanted to see a tailor. One of the first questions Annie asked me in our initial consultation was what style I was inspired by? As a vintage man at heart, I always revered Paul Newman and Steve Mcqueen for their humble style approach and swagger. Annie recognized this and was eager to incorporate that effortless no-nonsense style that's tough to replicate. This should come as no surprise to anyone who has spent time with Annie but her eye for detail and design is remarkable. "A goal without a plan is just a wish." Our time shopping together was always organized and efficient. I never had to worry about transportation from store to store because Annie would take care of it. I have an unusual work schedule but that wouldn't stop Annie from taking time out of her busy schedule to accommodate mine. Without a doubt, her creative input and style choices have paid off every time! The custom lookbook Annie created makes it easy for me to put an outfit together for any occasion. I feel more confident and put together with my new wardrobe. It's hard for me to trust someone's opinion on style because of the personal nature, however, I trust and value Annie's. I only overcame my tailor phobia because Annie introduced me to some her favorite tailor's in the city and I have returned on several occasions for alterations. Annie is the best! She is both sincere and tenacious in her focus to exceed your every expectation. Now, I am proud to not only call her my stylist, but also my friend. read more

Beginning to end Annie was a true God send. After being inactive for about 1.5 years due to health issues my body had significantly changed. I had never been this size or shape before and hated shopping. From shopping to the look book. With Annie's help, expertise and professionalism, she was able to take the stress out of shopping for me and give me the confidence that I had lost. The shopping experience was great! Everything was provided by her and all I had to do was try the clothes on. Her personal attention to my needs was far beyond my expectation as this was a new experience for me. I now have a fall and spring/summer collection, professional and casual, and can walk out the door with confidence. I will to continue to use Annie not only because of her positive attitude and professionalism but also because she really takes the time to meet all of your needs and wants. Update: I'm currently working with Annie to help design my suit for my wedding upcoming in October. She has been AMAZING in helping me choose options that will not only make me look good but also fit in perfectly with the venue and give me a bit of pop so that I stand out from the groomsmen as well. Thanks for making the process not only painless but also fun Annie. read more

Annie has been a godsend to wedding seasons! As a business owner who wears a uniform every day the idea of a personal stylist was not exactly on my mind. Then a wedding season with 6 weddings on the schedule changed all of that. A friend had mentioned a personal stylist to get me through the season. I hired Annie and she we went above and beyond my expectations. First off, Annie collected all of the wedding invitations and researched the venues, weather, etc. (like I said, above and beyond) She then went to the department stores and picked out my outfits from head to toe. All I had to do was show up and try on the outfits. Annie picked out the best clothes based on a series of perimeters that I will not pretend to understand. All I know is that they looked great! Annie also gave me recommendations as to what my girlfriend should wear to properly compliment my outfit. This was fun to pretend I knew what I was talking about for a night. I couldn't resist and insisted my girlfriend also use Annies services. In the end, the wedding season went great and my girlfriend and I looked great. However, it was more than just how great we looked. As mentioned early, I am business owner with a packed schedule. The ease and luxury of showing up to the dressing room of a department store with Annie and all my clothes waiting for me is not only efficient but makes the process a lot of fun! I have used Annie's services for not only weddings at this point but several occasions that have taken me out of my uniform. I dare say, I actually like shopping when its with Annie! read more

I had an amazing experience with Annie. First of all, she is super professional, reliable, personal, caring and kind. I am into the music industry and I needed to expand my wardrobe to fit my performances. Annie was very creative with her choices, got my style and personality right away and offered great choices. I got so many good comments for my outfits when I wore them during my performances. Also, Annie was able to use some of my existing clothes, re-arrange them and thus offer more choices that I've never thought of. I wholeheartedly recommend Annie as a personal stylist - she is one of the best out there! read more

Annie is a Godsend. I've always wanted to look stylish and like I had my *hit together, whether at work or out with friends or on a date night or on the weekends with my kids. But I never really had the time, energy, or...sense of style to do so. I absolutely hate hate HATE shopping but I do love looking good. First step. I took the style survey, which I didn't think was particularly detailed, but Annie definitely gleaned what she needed from it because she absolutely nailed my style (or at least my aspirational style). The next appointment was the closet consultation. My closet was already pretty organized, but it was great to have her go through everything and explain to me why certain items just weren't serving me (e.g., not a flattering color or the right cut for my body type). My only gripe with this was that, while Annie did beautifully fold and arrange everything, it's a lot to pay for someone to fold my clothes! That said, because it cost so much money, it's definitely held me accountable. Now, I always fold my clothes neatly and I always put them back in the right spot (i.e. to maintain the color coordination). And, when things are folded in a way that you can see everything, you kind of "rediscover" items that had gotten crumpled way in the back. So, I definitely use more of my clothes now that I can see everything. Then the shopping. This was awesome. Annie took so much time to stock the dressing room beforehand and the day I arrived, I felt so taken care of. The staff that helped us at Nordstrom were so responsive and kind. They really complemented the experience and made it seamless. We tried on so many outfits and Annie was really great about teaching me what works and doesn't work--for my body as well as stylistically. I'm waiting on my look book, but I'm just so excited. I walked into work this morning in a newly curated outfit and just feel so confident. Also love that my husband gave me "that look" this morning. You know what I'm talkin' about. ;-) The price of her services still give me heartburn, but 1) Not having to waste time thinking about what to wear each day so i can spend those extra minutes with my babies each morning? Priceless. 2) Feeling confident when I walk out the door each day? Priceless. 3) Getting "that look" from my husband? Priceless. Definitely looking forward to working with Annie again for Spring/Summer 2019 (and anything else that may come up in between). Thanks, Annie!!! read more

I know less-than-nothing about fashion, but Annie gave me lots of useful tips and easy-to-understand information about what I should keep in mind when selecting what to wear. She is friendly and professional -- would definitely recommend to anyone in the market for style advice. read more

Annie is fantastic - a true gem of a human being and a gifted stylist! She synthesized all of the information I threw at her quickly, efficiently and with stellar results. She is exceptionally warm and at the same time, very professional. She's helping me prepare and pack for a 3-week trip to Europe, under a tight timeframe. She worked with what I already had, suggested and sourced additional items and prepared an easy to follow guide for what to where, when. I look forward to continuing our work on "regular" clothes soon. Working with Annie is worth every penny and then some. read more

I've had the pleasure of working with Annie Miranda multiple times now and she is a wonderful stylist! I have loved what she has done for my wardrobe. She has such a great eye and remarkable taste! During my first appointment with Annie, she spent so much time getting to know me. She had me fill out a detailed questionnaire about myself and my style goals. I was impressed right off the bat with her organization and attentiveness. I appreciated the time she took to really understand what looks I was going for, what I feel confident in, and what I hoped to achieve by working with her. She was so sweet and so approachable. She discussed what she had in mind for me and my wardrobe and kindly suggested items that would be flattering to my figure. I loved her suggestions and was instantly excited for what she had in store for me. She then went through my closet piece by piece removing items that she felt could be more flattering to my body type and organizing the "keepers." By the time she was finished my closet had had a face-lift and looked absolutely fabulous! It was so organized and felt so much more functional! The clothes were set up in such a way to make putting an outfit together so much easier. I loved the suggestions she made on some of my clothes - she paired together items that I've owned for years but would never have thought to wear together. I'm telling you...she truly has an eye for this! I gained many outfits that day and we hadn't even gone shopping yet! She simply knew how to rearrange things and taught me ways to dress that would be more complimentary to my figure. I was very grateful for that. Since that first appointment Annie and I have gone shopping together on several occasions and I can't tell you how excited I am about my new clothes! She has found me the cutest outfits that I can dress down and wear on a casual day but also easily dress up for more of an evening look. Living in San Francisco, wearing an outfit that is both functional for our ever-changing weather but also fashionable can be quite the challenge! She has been my savior with this. On my days off now, instead of wearing my old go-to sweats, I'm wearing fun little outfits that I'm comfortable in but that also make me feel feminine and more confident. I feel so much more girly and sexy in the clothes she has so carefully picked out to flatter me. I've also had a lot of fun sharing a clothing Pinterest board with Annie. She often pins items for me to look over to add to my wardrobe and she always gets it right! I love seeing what she finds for me. She continues to find me great pieces and has taught me so much on how to dress for my body type. By hiring Annie as your stylist, you will not only gain fabulous clothes - you will feel good, comfortable, and 10x more confident in the outfits your wearing. I have loved working with her and appreciate all she has done to make me feel beautiful in my clothes. She rocks! read more

Annie came highly recommended from a good friend who is always well put together and fashionably dressed! I had gone through a major surgery and my body shape had changed. It was challenging to put together an outfit with a closet full of clothes that I had collected over the years. Annie helped me edit and organize my closet! She also put outfits together in my lookbook that I would not have ever imagined doing myself. Annie has a fun personality and I enjoy her easy going nature. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in need of her professional advice. read more

Annie has exceeded all of my expectations, and her attitude, spirit and professionalism have made the entire experience a fun one for me...not something I usually associate with clothes or shopping. I am starting a new job, and wanted to up my wardrobe game and remove stress when getting dressed. My closet was a mess of formal suits from a life in DC to jeans and t-shirts from start-up work in SF. I took Annie's recommendation and did the full consultation, including a style profile, closet consultation, personal shopping and custom lookbook. I was overdue for all of these things, and with each step, I've gained confidence and love the way I look. Annie first gave me a much better sense of what colors I should wear, and helped me understand what styles look best on my body type. She absolutely nailed the look I was going for. The closet consultation was next, and we got rid of many items, which frankly were overdue for donation or sale. I didn't disagree with her at all. The shopping experience was entirely new to me, with everything in a room. I just showed up and tried on. Again, Annie was spot-on, and she pulled items I would have overlooked, which exactly achieve the way I want to appear. I have never felt this sophisticated or stylish in clothes. My lookbook appointment is coming up next week, and I cannot wait for the ease which the photos of looks will give my life, for both daily and travel. While working with a stylist is an investment of both time and money, I have found that every minute and penny I've spent working with Annie were one of the best investments I've made in myself. I will definitely continue working with her in the future as I build my wardrobe. I cannot recommend her highly enough! read more

A true professional and easy to talk to... great attitude, a contagious positive vibe and you will come to find that her passion is not only for styling people, but for bringing out the best in each person when creating the perfect style. After meeting with Annie, not only did I have a better awareness of my frame and the best type of clothes to accentuate certain focal points, she provided great tips from accessories to the best use of versitality from a professional dress-to-impress to a more careless casual Friday or a night out at the town to a weekend soiree. If you know what you like, but sometimes find it to be a challenge to bring out the best from how you dress, than I would definitely recommend Annie. Annie is a wonderful stylist, with a fantastic and caring personality. She always considers your personal style, daily activities, and comfort when selecting items. Traveling to the UK for a wedding and bachelorette weekend, Annie did a fabulous job helping me select appropriate items for each occasion, while also considering luggage restrictions. I will definitely be working with Annie again! read more

I feel really grateful to have found such a creative, dedicated, and caring personal stylist. Before I met Annie, my wardrobe was minimal and consisted of the same few drab types of clothing from a single brand name. I knew it was possible for me to dress better, but was reluctant to expand my wardrobe since I had a hard time finding well-fitting clothes. Annie quickly picked up on my sense of aesthetic in the first meeting. She understood my preference for a simple and understated look, and suggested several ways in which I could feel comfortable while also reflecting my attitude and personality in my appearance. Her methodological approach and the specific questions she asked made it clear that she genuinely cared about making me look my best. I was impressed by the level of preparation that she put into our first shopping appointment. She prepared a fitting room with all of the outfits that we would be trying out, including shirts, tees, pants, socks, jackets, shoes, and glasses. We cycled through various combinations that she had in mind, and we noted what worked well, which items needed alternation, and so on. Normally, I hate shopping, but her personality and the efficiency of the setup made the entire process enjoyable. In a short period of time, I tried on several outfits that left me surprised as to how good I could look. By the end of the appointment, I felt much more confident about my appearance than I ever did before. Annie showed me how I could say something about who I am by the way I dress, and I'm very thankful for finding someone with her skill and attention to detail. I'm looking forward to continue working with her for all of my future styling needs. read more

Annie came highly recommended by my sister in law and her friends. After thoroughly reviewing a previously submitted questionnaire, she spent 2 hours looking at items in my closet. She helped me decide what to keep and what to donate. We tried on a few pieces for fit. She made notes, was very thorough and is helping me reinvent certain pieces of clothing. She also pulled together an entire look from my closet for an event the same day. A look that I hadn't thought to put together so that was a big plus for me. She has a great sense of style and is creative, fun to work with. I'm sure we will be working together on some sort of regular/seasonal basis. read more

I first met Annie a couple years ago. I immediately liked her positive attitude and beautiful and edgy sense of style. What I especially like about working with Annie is that she doesn't simply dress you in high end labels or in things that she likes, but rather she helps you find and develop your own sense of style. She has let me be me and embrace my own fashion preferences, but also has shown me different ways to accessorize and mix and match the things I love. She has a great eye and pays exquisite attention to detail. She is very professional but also completely personable. When she works with me, it isn't just business, it's fun! And, I leave feeling beautiful and confident. I get compliments all the time on my fashion statements, thanks to Annie. She has helped me with everything from casual wear to work attire and black tie events. I am a physician and I feel it is very important that I present a professional image, but I also very much care about style and individuality and Annie has helped me nail it. I love the way I look! thank you, Annie! I am a very picky person when it comes to fashion, style and image, and I feel especially lucky to be able to work with Annie. I highly recommend her services. read more

Annie opened my eyes to the power of a well put-together outfit. As a young professional working in the Financial District, a refined look can go a long way in making positive impressions. However, many men in my demographic, my former self included, unknowingly hinder themselves by wearing jeans and a hoodie to work. Annie showed me that my style was lacking in direction. Determining my go-forward style was a very collaborative process and, while she pushed me outside my comfort zone, she made sure it was still grounded in my identity. I gave her my total trust and it has been 100% worth it! She has helped me: get a versatile work / evening wear suit, find the right fit for dress and casual shirts and pants that flatter my body type, and put together casual looks perfect for going out with friends. My confidence is through the roof, and that is even before getting the countless compliments on my outfits! I will definitely keep working with her. read more
