A very cool old time theater. They say that this theater is haunted and it may very well be. Although I didn't see or hear anything, sometimes you just feel sort of like a pressure in a place. I briefly spoke to a couple of employees about the possibility and BOTH said they thought it was haunted. This has been a couple of years ago now.
Anyway, as far as the theater itself, it could use some cleaning up, but I would not like to see any actual remodeling that would change anything original (or how it now sits). Even the men's restroom seemed eerie... Definitely worth checking out if you haven't yet.
As far as the movies go; there is only one screen, so no variety, but that's OK. How I just got here was by me checking what was playing. I won't be going this time, but perhaps I will again sooner than later for the old fashioned ambiance and ...chills. read more
