I'm extremely disappointed with the necklace I received. The craftsmanship was far below what I…read moreexpected from a professional jeweler. The necklace is not the correct length or style that was discussed. What's even more concerning is how the pearls are attached. Instead of being properly set or integrated into the design, they are essentially tied onto the chain with string. This not only looks unprofessional, but also raises concerns about durability and quality. Overall, the piece looks rushed and poorly constructed even though Tony had eight weeks to complete my request. I would not recommend this jeweler if you're looking for attention to detail, quality workmanship or job completion in a timely manner.

However, the patek store is not listed separately here on Yelp I scheduled a service appointment ahead of time prior to arriving at the store because that was required even for a battery change. Leading up to my visit I did call the store to ensure turnaround times as well as cost. Upon arriving at the store, I must say it is absolutely beautiful with obviously only display watches. And the gentleman who helped me branyon was super nice and friendly and helpful. In fact, he even beat the turnaround time that was quoted to me over the phone by the store earlier in the week. He even went above and beyond by offering to show me watches, even though I had not made a separate sales appointment. That was very kind and very tempting of him. I must say unfortunately this trip was not for shopping. It was for a family celebration. I will say if I do ever have to get my watch serviced again I will definitely come back here. Flying to Atlanta from Chicago is barely 2 hours and not expensive at all. And getting to this location is super easy right outside of the city. I wish I had more time during this visit. Otherwise I would have gone into the Brown and Company store, which is right across from the Patek store. Perhaps on my next visit I will and maybe the people who work there will be just as kind and gracious as the staff were here

Doing some research and visiting other jewelers for engament rings and wedding bands, I found their prices to be the most expensive out of the places we looked. None of them really gave me the "wow, this is my ring" feel, though they were pretty and shiny. I appreciated the time and information I got from the lady who helped us, but $3,000 for a men's titanium ring seems steep so we're going elsewhere.
