Going above and beyond -- a mechanic you can truly trust…read more We've been bringing our cars to RC Motors for years and have always found them to be fair, skilled, and reliable. They've consistently done great work and helped keep our vehicles in excellent shape -- and we've always left satisfied. But a recent experience took things to a whole new level. When one of our cars broke down in another city, we had it towed to RC Motors for repair. Rather than simply fixing the issue and sending us the bill, they took the time to identify that the repair was likely covered under a manufacturer's recall. From there, they handled everything: coordinating directly with the dealership to get the car transferred, overseeing the process, and then verifying that all the work had been completed properly before returning the vehicle to us. We didn't have to lift a finger. That kind of initiative -- looking out for a customer's best interests even when it means more work for them -- is rare and genuinely appreciated. We can't say enough good things about RC Motors and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a mechanic they can count on.

I'm not sure that I will exactly recommend Scott. He was very accommodating years ago, but his word…read moreand dependability has diminished over the years. He installed a new starter on my vehicle and told me that it had a lifetime warranty. That was not true. He told me to call the vendor where he purchased it from and they would be able to honor the warranty once I give his business name. That was not accurate. He also told me that he could find nothing wrong with my Infiniti and made me pay for a full inspection. Turns out, I found out that I needed a fuel pump. I gave him grace for a while, but was disappointed when he did not honor that lifetime warranty and he was unbothered about it. @Terri, this further confirms your lack of integrity or care for your customers due to this account being under my maiden name.

I was there at 8:00am sharp. The mechanic and parts were not here yet, so I had to wait a bit. The brake rotors arrived, but not the pads, so they had to be ordered and a little more wait. Still finished within a couple hours. The price was a little more than Zi thought he quoted, but not a big deal Would come here again.

We drive our cars into the ground before replacing, and Trent and his staff are invaluable in keeping us on the road. Yes, some repairs have been expensive, but I have also gone in expecting to spend hundreds and he KNEW it, but got the call that it was a $30 repair. He often saves the part for us to show us exactly what happened, and whether we could have prevented it. On the rare occasion we buy something new (or newer), Trent is always willing to look a used car over for us or discuss his experience with different models and manufacturers. He has saved us thousands more than once. Happy customer and suspect you will be, too.
