John has been my barber for a while and he does a great job with the haircut. He takes his time, chats you up, is very meticulous about what he is doing. He never seems to be in a rush to get you out and really makes sure you are happy with your cut. Coincidentally, I also like to wear custom made clothes for work as nothing fits me off the rack. Since moving to Minneapolis, I have not found any good options. Derek, who runs the club, leads the custom clothes offering. I just had a pair of work trousers made. He helped me pick the fabrics, made some recommendations (but not pressuring), took some measurements, etc. Same attention to detail, taking time to get it right, etc. I came back a month later, and my pants were ready and 100% perfect. Because of the way the buttons on the zipper were, I was told by multiple tailors that they could do nothing about it. Not here! I called and he immediately told me he could fix it and to come in. Once there, he took a look at it, said he can still fix it and gave me options about what kinds of zippers he can do. He told me about the double zipper that can zip up from the bottom so when you sit down, it doesn't put strain on the zipper and inevitably split again. It has changed the game on this jacket! Overall, great customer service, timely alterations and everything was delivered as promised. Would recommend for any tailoring needs!
