The sales associate just said oh yeah it's over there. I didn't know what she was directing me too, I asked her she said there. I said I still don't see it, could you help me, no one else in the shop. She shows me a different jacket and when I ask if the one in the window is the only one and can I try it, she said that she would ask her boss when the boss got off the phone. The boss was standing right by the jacket in the window, which I easily could've taken down myself but now couldn't since we had to wait for the bosses permission. The boss chatted for at least five minutes while we were there and I just said let's go, I don't want to wait until she finishes her conversation. My dad is elderly and frail and it's not easy for him to walk or wait around. Thanks guys!

Kids do kind of run the place and there's massive turnover from year to year. But Gary (a Nantucket native) seems to consistently lead a fairly happy, good natured team. Instructors work really, really hard and, in our experience, have imparted some important wisdom about when to stand, when to jump ship, and when to take a wave. Maybe even more importantly, they've nurtured our kids' love of surfing -- and that may be a lifelong thing. In general, Cisco has beautiful, long, gentle waves, and Gary seems to use good judgment about when to cancel classes because of choppy waves or other unfavorable conditions. Mahalo.

I get that we're on island time and this is surfing, but there is no excuse for being rude to anyone and especially customers. You wasted an hour of 4 people's time this morning Gary.

Staff were friendly and helpful! They dropped off bikes at our rental and picked up at the end of our trip. This made the rental experience SO easy! We needed to trade in one bike and also add another and this was no problem. The bikes were a lot of fun, easy to ride, and made getting around Nantucket very easy! We rode around Nantucket all week! Make sure you get a bike with a basket so you can make trips to the store and wine and spirits shop!

We met at 1p, discussed my lack of experience (one other day of lessons with another solid outfit in NY a year prior) and off we went. While recently on a family vacation, I lost my drone due to strong wind gusts and motor…read moremalfunction, over the ocean... Nantucket Sound (thank God it wasn't "surf side!"). The drone went down about 600 feet out from shore. Telemetry reported its final altitude of -9.5 feet (low tide). I pretty much thought it was lost forever at that point. Here's where Fuller Diving came to the rescue. I was able to hire them, and give them all the info I had on the drone's last location. They found it! It was at the last known GPS coordinates, about 12 feet deep (high tide). If you lose anything in the Ocean while on the Island, give Fuller Diving a call! They are reasonably priced, and know their stuff!
