He worked with my schedule and timeline to ensure that the refresher course would be completed before the trip, which I appreciated. Bob has a lifetime of diving experience, and he was especially helpful when I needed advice on what equipment to purchase. Adventure Diving was able to order and sell most of the equipment at a better price than what I could find online. Overall, I was able to successfully review essential skills, choose all of my gear, and feel fully prepared to dive during my vacation.

Despite the cold temperature, I could enjoy the exploration underwater. We saw clams, blue crabs and antique artifacts!

Only to get a text the night before saying they are moving to leave out of Yarmouth, MA which is over an hour away from us. I contacted the captain and explained to him our situation. He complained that since we cancelled now the boat was short 2 people and he would have to cancel the whole day tomorrow. He said they HAD to leave out of Yarmouth due to the water temp in Fairhaven. While I was on the phone with the captain he ended up telling me that he was going to "re check" the water temp in fairhaven to see if he could get a boat for my fiance and I. I told him that I would rather be out the $100 deposit and not get a refund rather than spend the full $600 and something dollars only to leave out of Fairhaven and not see any sharks at all. He made me feel like I the customer was an inconvenience when it was his company that was the inconvenience. Needless to say, I would not recommend this company to anybody. They only want your money, not for you to have a good time.
