Even though this wasn't a certification course, the workshop provided practical setup advice and technical insights that are hard to find elsewhere.   Nick's technical knowledge is expansive; he was able to address every question or concern the group had with ease. What impressed me most was his willingness to help outside the specific scope of the workshop--if we had a scuba-related subject we were curious about, he would work with us one-on-one to provide pointers or recommendations. It shows he's invested in the diver's overall success, not just checking boxes for the day's lesson.   He clearly cares about the curriculum and his students. He went over the allotted time both days to ensure we truly understood the material, and I wouldn't have shortened it by a single minute. They do a great job ensuring the fills you have requested are accurate, timely, and at a fair price. The staff is always pleasant to deal with, nice to be appreciated when you're spending your hard-earned money. Booked a shark cage dive with this company because they advertised that they leave out of…read moreFairhaven, MA. Only to get a text the night before saying they are moving to leave out of Yarmouth, MA which is over an hour away from us. I contacted the captain and explained to him our situation. He complained that since we cancelled now the boat was short 2 people and he would have to cancel the whole day tomorrow. He said they HAD to leave out of Yarmouth due to the water temp in Fairhaven. While I was on the phone with the captain he ended up telling me that he was going to "re check" the water temp in fairhaven to see if he could get a boat for my fiance and I. I told him that I would rather be out the $100 deposit and not get a refund rather than spend the full $600 and something dollars only to leave out of Fairhaven and not see any sharks at all. He made me feel like I the customer was an inconvenience when it was his company that was the inconvenience. Needless to say, I would not recommend this company to anybody. They only want your money, not for you to have a good time.
