We ended up going with a new Carrier 4-ton variable speed unit and we could not of been happier with the installation of our new unit today. (4 Hours total from start to finish) His Installer's cleaned up extremely well and you would of never known that I had my whole unit replaced. Very Impressed!! Carrier Unit that we selected is super quiet and can't even hear it running. Bottom line is that if you're needing a great A/C Company to rely on in this Texas Heat you really need to call Air Flo and get them to come out and address your situation that your having with your A/C Unit. Vance and his team are simply the best. He was the first person I asked to come quote our fence job…read moreand after nearly a dozen others, he was by far and away our #1 choice. This guy is legitimately a good dude who wants to do right by you. Not only did I find that he and I get along SUPER well, I've been repeatedly impressed by his willingness to do whatever needs to be done to ensure the job is up to his customer's satisfaction. His pricing is honest, the work is extremely well executed and the entire process has been painless. We needed a fair amount of fencing replaced, over 200 linear feet, and we decided to upgrade to 4x6 posts for the fence and 6x6 posts for the gates, all using cedar pickets. The entire project got a lot of attention from neighbors who came by to ask questions or check out the work. We asked Vance if he was okay with installing a dog bubble that protrudes from the window for our dogs and he personally came out with his jigsaw and cut a perfect hole. He installed it using stainless hardware and it looks PERFECT! The gates are strong, level and I have full confidence that they'll last for many, many years (I was VERY particular about this as our previous gates were unusable for years). The entire backyard has been transformed and the peace of mind in knowing that the dogs are unable to weasel their way out of the back when we let them out is indescribable. His main fencer, Cody, did the best beveling job I've ever seen on fence running boards and far exceeded the expectations I had even though I knew that was a standard feature of their builds (the bevel assists with water run off so water won't pool on the bottom and adds aesthetic value). We also had a minor hole in our roof and asked Vance about patching that up. He and his roofing guy had that knocked out within a few hours, we didn't even realize it had been fixed until I asked him what day they were planning to do it and he jokingly replied "yesterday". He said my roof is in good condition and not very old, but it really says something that I'm a little lowkey disappointed because I won't have anything else to utilize his services for again for awhile. Call around and ask for multiple quotes (Vance was also the only guy to actively encourage me to do so when I first told him that he was the only guy I'd called and had come out so far), but just know that when you include these guys in your roster, you're unlikely to find anyone else who matches up to the level of care and service Vance provides.

She also does not own up to mistakes taken by her employees. Comforter was washed and put back on bed with a hole in it. Had to buy a new one. Business owner offered to take off money on my bill. But I should not have had to come to her with this problem. I should have been notified when the hole happened. Master Bath was cleaned. However, the whole shower and tub was NOT cleaned. Found soap rings in tub. And spots all over glass door. Cleaning company had an issue with us the property owner having a security camera. Said we needed to establish trust. No the owners has a right to have a security camera in their expensive condo to check on maintenance people, etc. The cleaning company had different people coming for each service visit. And with all the problems we have been experiencing with them, we felt the need to check the camera once and awhile. The only trust that needs to be established is the cleaning company cleans, not damage property, and property owner pays their bill. We also found 4 full bags of linens left. all were wrinkled and stale smelling. Had to be rewashed and folded. One bag had wet and moldy items, along with two wet bath rugs. We should have been told there was a bag of wet linens, and rugs, before items got mold on them. Because of this we had to by new items. I feel this cleaning company is used to cleaning rentals, and not having work checked very often. However, quality and good service is still to be expected by a cleaning company. And The Coast is clean does not deliver good quality work.
