This has helped me to recover stronger. What a difference it has made in my balance and having looking forward to having "life" again. I am not there yet, but I am hopeful. I am at 99%. You wonder why not stop. Because the 1% can cause me to tip - fall over - lose balance quickly w/o warning. I have been dealing with this since November 2024. I went to a neurologist and then another. Including getting therapy with another facility - but it was more of a stretch exercise...however, it didn't resolve my situation and its strength. Basically, Fysical at other location did their best they felt and there wasn't much more to do. Last therapy was in 2025 and I was hovering 85-90% in control of my balance. If I get these episodes, it is out of nowhere, and I will lean towards falling. The therapists there were all kind...but not invested into my quality of life...I got really disillusioned...exercises were good to sustain, but that is it. However, I didn't give up, and now I feel much more confident and look forward to 100% and being Alive!

During my most recent treatment session, however, I was injured while performing an exercise directed by my physical therapist. I immediately reported the pain to the therapist and later brought the incident to the attention of the clinic staff. At my next visit, I was discharged from physical therapy. Although I had sustained a new back injury during treatment, no one recommended that I seek a medical evaluation. Instead, I was told that I could return for physical therapy for my back if I obtained a new referral. I was also concerned to find that the treatment note understated my report of pain and did not accurately reflect the severity of my response during the session. I'm obviously going to get it checked out, but it's definitely something to consider when evaluating a physical therapy practice.

My child with autism was recently discharged from the speech therapy solely because she reached an age cutoff. (she is only 15), despite her clear and ongoing need for speech and communication support. Speech therapy is a long-term necessity for autistic children, not something they "outgrow" at specific age. The age should never be a factor in determining whether an autistic teenager receives speech therapy! All autistic children/teenagers are at different levels when it comes to speech. The fact that even the owner of the company was not able to help is incredibly disheartening. Dropping a child from therapy due to age rather than her actual progress is unacceptable and unethical! The therapist just handed me a piece of paper with a list of places to call that offer social group settings for my child which I did has not been successful. Most of these places that I contacted have long wait lists for speech therapy. So now my child is stuck, I am going through a lot of hassle and stress, and Speakeasy is a big Disappointment! This company is failing the autism community, unfortunately!

From day one, she made me feel comfortable, listened to my concerns, and tailored the therapy to exactly what I needed. Even after I was officially cleared, I chose to keep scheduling with her because of how much better she made me feel, especially with my tight back muscles. Both of these therapists received their advanced graduate degrees in PT at the University of Southern California. I am more than happy to say I just finished a successful course of treatment with Jeff Dietrich for advanced degenerative changes in my lumbar back, including severe spinal canal stenosis, nerve compression, disc protrusions and bulges, and multilevel lumbar facet arthropathy. I am a late-70s female, lifelong athlete and musician who has no intention of sitting around. About Jeff Dietrich: Jeff's technical expertise and advanced knowledge of spine rehabilitation are world-class. I say this because he is the 5th physical therapist I have seen in the 7 years, and the only one who was able to use multiple approaches to solve my pain issues and relearn proper body mechanics--without steroid injections or surgery. On a personal level, he is meticulously focused on the patient's needs and observant of their personal goals. Jeff is also an excellent listener and teacher with the emotional intelligence to motivate anyone willing to commit to the consistent work of physical therapy. I am very grateful that my physician, William Rosenberg, M.D., referred me to JD for rehab. Not only is the staff friendly and efficient, but now I can again participate in the physical activities that bring me joy, without the pain. Big "thanks" to all!

This location is in the Centennial Hills area off of the 215/Durango exit. It's in a plaza with plenty of parking spots. When I arrived at the facility for my first PT appointment on a Wednesday around 3:00 P.M, it was a breeze to check in. I had completed all of the paperwork required online. There are only a few seats in the facility though. Kiana is an amazing physical therapist! She is constantly providing challenges and is knowledgeable! My first appointment focused on getting a clear baseline of where my hand was at. Kiana measured my hand strength, assessed my mobility, and talked through my goals so we could create a plan for the rest of my PT sessions. By the end of that initial visit, we had a solid game plan in place, and I even started some targeted exercises for my right hand to begin improving strength and movement right away. This is the place to go if you need PT! The team members here are outstanding!

Being pregnant and having your first baby is such a tender and vulnerable time on so many levels and having support like the services Antoinette provided were invaluable. Speaking of value they offer packages where you can save per session and/or can be reimbursed by your health insurance. I am currently 4 months postpartum and I am already back to running and can sense my abdominals again. Any pain or discomfort in my pelvic floor is gone and I do attribute a lot of my postpartum recovery to my physical therapy homework and regular sessions at Pillar Kinetic. A lot of us don't realize how critically important understanding our pelvic floor function is to so many things in life. Do yourself and your well-being a favor and figure it out with KP!
