They rescheduled several times (which is a HUGE inconvenience when you own a rental property and block dates off from guests), finally did show up and couldn't find the tank (despite a detailed map). They then informed me it was too deep and they'd need to return the following week, requiring yet another appointment. Today was that appointment and at 4:00 I had to call them to find out that no one was showing up, and they weren't going to be able to do the work. Didn't even have the courtesy to call me and let me know. Find someone else.

THEN it turned out that a fence had been built directly on top of it. He and his helper dug that out. Then he cleared sludge that had been there for 30 years. Well that was two weeks ago and I never received a return phone call, so I guess Green Septic makes so much money that they didn't need to return my phone call and quote me and try and earn my business.
