I am not disputing the load being over the limit. I called about the difference between wet weight and dry weight. They discounted 1/2 ton for wet weight. The fine print that I signed said that overages would be $55.00/ton. I was charged $62/ton. I called to ask about difference and was told that their invoices had not been updated.

We had reached out to our contact for S&J (co-owner/owner's wife I think) and she had given us a price we agreed with. A couple of weeks later we were ready to pull the plug and pay for the units, but then she came back with a higher price than before. We POLITELY said this price was different than before and POLITELY asked why it had changed. She immediately told us to take our business elsewhere and never replied to us again... BIT SHADY DON'T YOU THINK? If I could leave 0 stars I would. I can't speak on everyone in charge of this business, because previously we used this company with no problems when working directly with the guy who did the septic pumps. However, the complete lack of accountability and just blatant shady behavior will have me sending people away from this business if they ask about it.
