One of the biggest issues was her lack of accountability. There were multiple mistakes made by her team, yet she never took ownership or responsibility for them. Instead of acknowledging the errors or offering any kind of apology, she was dismissive and unhelpful. This left me in a tough position, especially when transitioning to a new accountant who had to spend significant time correcting numerous errors. It's frustrating because I've since seen other reviews describing a similar pattern--friendly at first, then becoming rude and unprofessional--which was exactly my experience as well.
