Each time the individual spends at least $500 and has problems with that vehicle either right off the lot or in a couple of weeks. This was a frequent reoccurring problem. 2. In the end of March of 2026, I took my vehicle in to Ramsay. I needed all four tires replaced and an alignment. The tires were good quality but the service was not. I did not get an alignment even though I asked for one and as of July 10th, 2026 my two front tires are worn down in the inside exposing the wires. I called Ramsay and I was informed the tires are not covered by the warranty and they would not help out covering the cost of new tires. I went to Discount Tires in St. George, UT and they also agreed it was an alignment issue that worn down the tires. In the matter of a few months I have spent over $1,300 for tires due to this overlook. Overall, my family and I have never had a positive experince here and this car service does jobs halfway in could cost you hundreds in the near future. Highly would not recommend.

I have an old 2002 Honda Accord and it is still running well but needed to check why the maintenance light came on. Right away, Mike came with a scanner that looked like an iPad and a few moments later, it was reset and he told me that I was good and ready to go, just like that. And I wasn't charged at all!!
