I was so disappointed when the car did not start but fortunately I found the phone number on line for Close Towing . A nice guy answered the phone and told me that someone would be out in 45 minutes. They kept in touch and showed up on time . Kevin who I believe is the manger came out himself as he had promised a 45 minute wait and they kept their promise. Kevin said lets give this some time since the car has been sitting . After the car started Kevin shared valuable advise on dealing with my 12 year old car as it was shaking at 1st. I am so lucky that Kevin came right out took care of ny car and offered valuable advice . I hope not to need a Tow Truck or a jump anytime soon , but if I do , I would absolutely call Close Towing and I would ask for Kevin . I am so happy that I get to enjoy this nice day in my convertible .
