The car felt great and seemed to be in good condition. We went on to discuss the out-the-door price and settled on $15,842, but after some haggling, talked it down to $15,250. I explained to them several times that I had a pre-approved auto loan for $10,000 and the rest in cash, so the price worked out well. When we went into the financing office, however, they told us we needed a $12,000 loan. Although it was written on the papers they gave us, they failed to mention that the car's out-the-door price was actually $17,842 and assumed we would put down $2,000 even though we hadn't told them. I asked if they could remove some of the add-ons, which included oil changes and servicing from the dealer, but was told it wasn't possible, so I ended up walking out at 1:30 P.M. I wouldn't be disappointed if the car wasn't listed at $2,000 less than its real price. The manager was also extremely rude and tried to frame it as if I had saved $600 haggling after they added another $1,400 to the price. It ruined my morning and wasted my time before I had to clock in for work. If you're planning to finance from this, look out for expected down payments and add-ons before you get to the financing office. You might be able to negotiate it better than I could. Just remember that dealers are not your friends, they will try to manipulate your emotions for profit! You can always walk out if the offer doesn't add up. I would recommend looking somewhere else or buying from third parties if you don't want to have your time wasted.

But they informed me each day what was happening and provided me with a loaner car to use. All issues were fixed! Oil change on a busy weekday took about an hour which was nice. One kept revolving around 'the computer said' which makes me want to scream... Don't we have mechanics/people that think not just plug my car into a computer?!? Second was around the other type of work that had been done on my car, which was a conversation I was trying to have when I brought her in, but he didn't want to listen. However... All the frustrations out, on the table, and aside, they fixed my car and did, thankfully, use their brains vs just the computer! They worked some magic with my car and found the fuse issue...
