Complete trash company, my car was supposed to be delivered on the 29th, then the 30th, then the 31st, then the 1st, and now the 2nd. Every time they tell me the same crap the driver is on the way to pick up my vehicle and then will be to me by the afternoon. Either we're stuck in the movie groundhog day or they're full of #$%. He was totally professional and, when asked, was able to match a quote from another transport company that failed to provide me timely responses. My car was delivered sooner than expected. Pene K was available every step of the way, Andrea communicated with us the progress of the car during the transport days and Mail the driver was expedient and careful on pickup and delivery. There was a few logistical surprise glitches, a possible non working car which Pene outlined our options both economically and practical, and with the community property grounds at pick up which Pene handled the issues seamlessly for ultimately a successful pick up day. I was helped by Spencer who very personable and responsive. Spencer was able to get the shipment set up in the same day, even with the New Year's holiday a couple of days away. Look, Guardian Auto Transport is the real deal. I've used them twice so far and will continue to use them every time I have to ship my car. And I ship it often since I work bicoastal, from the East Coast to the West Coast. This is how good they are. In December I literally called so many different auto transport broker companies (majority of the trucking companies you're seeing on the Internet are actually brokers. Not truly trucking companies that actual own trucks to move your vehicle) because honestly, I forgot about Guardian since it had been several years since they last shipped my car. So all these other brokers kept telling me they would move my car, but nobody could give me a pick up day or time even though I was giving them three weeks before the car need to be shipped. One company said "yeah we got you" and I waited until literally two days before they were supposed to pick it up and still hadn't received a pick up date or time window. So I started panicking, freaking out because I really didn't want to drive from New Orleans to Los Angeles, but that was the choice I was getting ready to make because I need my car in LA, And that's when it dawned on me that I needed to find the company that I used prior to ship my car from LA to Atlanta because they were great. So I search through my emails and found Guardians email from the previous move they did for me. I contacted them and literally within an hour they had me booked, scheduled and sent over the trucking companies information that would move my car. And I asked them to call the trucking companies to get me booked because what I found out is that a lot of these brokers don't pick up the phone to call trucking companies to move your car. They literally put it on some 'dispatch board' on the Internet that the truckers have access to, and so they wait for the truckers to contact them for the job. When I brought that up to Guardian, the gentleman said he had truckers that he worked with often and he calls them and for me not to worry. He called me back within the hour. He advised me that my car was booked, gave me the pick up window and the trucking companies information. And keeping this experience 100% transparent, the first trucking company that he booked me with contacted me the day before the pick up and advise that they had an issue that unfortunately, impeded their ability to pick up the car so I contacted Guardian right away and he had another trucker booked, again within half an hour to an hour. It did change the pick up day by one day, but I was totally fine with that and the truck got picked up and shipped to me within three days as opposed to the 5 to 7 window the other auto shipping brokers were giving me. My vehicle came just as perfect as it was when it got put it on the truck. No damage, no issues. So I say this long story so that you all know this truly is a very good auto shipping company and I will continue to use them every single time I have to ship my car. read more

This company was hired by LAURA GMC to find transport of a 21 Denali HD to NY(LI). Mind you they are just a broker and hired and incompetent company. Relocation Express llc out of PA. First the they told me they will let me know when they pick up the truck and when to expect delivery. Mind you I get a call at 3pm that my truck will be delivered at 7pm same day. I was in NYC for a meeting and had to rush home to only find my truck destroyed by a bridge. Relocation Express llc hired by ACERTUS destroyed my 21 Denali HD by hitting a bridge. Truck should have never been on the top in the first place. That's what happens when you rush and get complacent. Owner told the driver to tell me to take the truck and fix it they will pay. Yea that's what I'm going to do on a 82k truck that was special ordered. Stay far far away. read more

If you are shipping anything other than a standard car, DO NOT HIRE Metrogistics. I attempted to ship a Sprinter van across the country and was forced to use Metrogistics as they were the only approved shipping broker for the dealership from which I purchased the vehicle. They incorrectly listed the shipping contract, meaning that only the wrong types of drivers and trucks were able to view it. They even sent a driver to pickup the vehicle without communicating its size, meaning that the driver arrived at the dealership only to say, "I can't take this. It's too big." and leave. Communication from Metrogistics was nonexistent unless I called them, and information was spotty when I did. After two weeks of complete inaction I was forced to hire my own shipping broker who was able to find a driver in only three days. Metrogistics and its team is clueless when it comes to any vehicle outside the norm. read more

I cannot recommend Guardian enough!! I used Guardian to ship my car to and from Florida. I called about 12 different auto transports before I found Guardian. Guardian was a breath of fresh air. Their customer service is truly the best. They are extremely personable, reliable, and trustworthy. They work with you on getting the best price possible and making sure you're satisfied. Both times my car was shipped it was picked up and delivered in the window they gave me. They kept me updated on delivery and pickup time. Drivers took great precaution in making sure your vehicle is secured. When I shipped my car back it was a last minute decision. I messaged them on Monday and they got my car shipped out on Friday of that week. Im never a person that writes reviews, but Guardian truly deserves it. I had quite a good experience with Metrogistics. For frame of reference, this is the first time I have ever shipped a car, and knew little about how the industry works. After receiving a quote, which was competitive, I spoke with Fred, one of their sales reps. He was friendly and walked me through the process, including time estimates and potential delays. They offered options for both covered transportation and guaranteed pick up, but both at significant price difference. The car was picked on up on the day they said it would be and delivered 3 days later, exactly what was originally quoted. Fred was easy to get a hold of and returned calls quickly to keep me feeling good about the status. The driver was professional and easy to coordinate with once he was nearby. I'm knocking one star off for lack of real-time updates and the confusing McNutt is now Metrogistics is now Acertus, as emails, websites, and paperwork didn't match up. The daily emails also did not reflect the actual status of the vehicle. With that said, a couple phone calls helped put me at ease. I think most people, including myself, have a hard time wrapping their minds around how this industry works and all the possible delays that can make for a less than stellar experience. Unless you're willing to pay for an owner operated truck to pick your car up (2x to 3x the cost) on a specific date, unfortunately, most brokers are offering low cost logistics that come with a big time window for pickup and delivery. If I ever need to ship another vehicle I would have no problem reaching back out to Metrogistics / Acertus. read more

I had initially chosen another company but was has still waiting for a confirmed day of pickup. 2 days before, nothing. Mike from Grand Auto called be and forwarded reviews for both companies. I went with Guardian as a result on reviewing all the reviews on Google, Yelp and BBB. Car was picked up 1 day later than originally mentioned. I had to ask for a email copy of the Bill of Lading from driver. Car arrived in Phoenix safe. There was some conflicting communication between the SAP Transport driver and Grand Auto. I was told that the car will arrive 11/2 by Grand Auto. The same day, the driver call and said the 10/29! Glad the car arrived earlier but found it strange on the different dates. read more
