We were very concerned about moving a vehicle like ours (it had a pristine paint job) and had to find someone with a good reputation that would take care of it like it was their own. So after doing some research we found Ace Car Transport. We talked to Dave and he walked us through the process of what to expect and how long it would take. After talking to him we felt very confident our car would be taken care of. They arrived right on time for pickup and kept us posted on their delivery schedule just as promised. We felt like we had friends hauling our car across the country for us and didn't lose a wink of sleep over it. Very happy with our experience with Ace. We had to move a car from Florida to New Mexico. Of course we were concerned about hiring just anyone. We didn't want the hassle of dealing with damage or anything resulting from just choosing the wrong company. We talked to some friends and they had worked with Ace before. We called them and talked to the sales guy. He helped us feel more at ease and confident they were the ones for the job. We scheduled pick up on a Saturday. The driver was very courteous and we felt confident he would take good care of the vehicle all the way. He kept in communication with us so we never worried about where it was or what was going on. They even gave us a call when they were getting close to delivering the car so we could be there (and not waste a day waiting like you have to do with the cable company). All around great experience. My car sat in Dallas, Texas for 3 weeks while I had it listed with a different car hauling company. I needed to get it to Oklahoma City. I recently purchased a car on eBay and used Cobalt to ship it. I had transported a vehicle before so I had a fairly good idea of what to expect. When I called, I spoke with an agent who was kind and informative. He gave me a price that was exactly in the range that I was looking for. He called me back the same day to tell me that my car had been dispatched. My car was picked up and dropped off all within the timeframe that the agent had promised. After the other company dropped me, I had to go online and get more quotes. Ace Car Transport emailed me back right away and told me to call. Well, so I see there are some negative reviews and while I read through them briefly I had the exact opposite experience. I had Joe quote me transportation for 4 or 5 cars over a months time. he was always responsive and quick to reply. I never did close a deal on the cars. Then I finally bought a Lotus out of TX an Joe arranged the transportation to Illinois. Everything went fine. On schedule and the hauling was a great guy. I really do not have one negative thing to say, this was a great experience and I would not hesitate to use them again. The quote was firm from day one and never changed. The very first call I received was from John, this person was a true professional. Without me telling him what happened he literally told me the play book of these companies that are only in business to take your deposit.
