Mr. Page provided both verbal and written assurances that the car would be delivered well within my time parameters. At the time I spoke with Mr. Page there were ten days available to get the car to its destination and Mr. Page assured me the transport time would be 4-5 days (this is in July mind you, not the dead of winter). I went so far as to implore Mr. Page not to "overpromise." I wanted to take personal delivery of this car and I could have made other arrangements. My car was not picked up on the specified date, but a day later by Gorban Transportation. As five days stretched into six and seven and eight, my confidence in Mr. Page and Gorban Transportation began to wane. I texted and emailed Mr. Page repeatedly for updates. At one point he testily replied that "transportation is imprecise" and then largely did not reply to my calls, texts, or emails. "Total Care Trans?" My car was finally delivered on day 13. I am 63 years old, been in business for 40 years, and I have never dealt with someone as dishonest as Mr. Page. He is a slick, glib, used car salesman (and that's an insult to used car salesmen). Run, do not walk, away from him and his company.

Upon arriving, we were informed the unit had been moved over 2 weeks prior. Two weeks prior to the dispatch. Two weeks prior to our arrival. Two week prior to any follow-up with the end user or the manufacturer. The arrogant broker on the phone was rude to the driver and the department head at the manufacturer, to the point when the broker hung up, she commented on how rude and gruff he was to the both of us. As we compared documents, she provided proof it was indeed gone weeks prior to my company's assignment. The broker in question has no business being in this business or any customer facing business for that matter.
