So I phoned the office to ask how the same trip is differently priced and the lady also said she doesn't know and that it probably was a quote from the office earlier. So I tried to find out about changing it to the £35 and the lady hang up on me. So I don't know how they change prices in a day but it's not fair. The driver even showed me his phone and it said the fare was £35.

From the moment you pick up the phone the service is courteous and friendly and they do not cost the earth either.
