Driver IAN was supposed to pick us up - and had the audacity to LIE and say no-one was there to pick up. Six of us were standing outside the closed pub before we made the booking. We were told 15 minutes. Half an hour later when we phoned to ask if taxi was en route we were told IAN had been and gone! Were we invisible? How do you miss SIX people?! By LYING of course!!
