Our family was…read moretraveling to Vegas for a wrestling tournament when our 2014 Toyota Corolla started shaking. Panicked, we found and called Jon who agreed to meet us at a location we felt safe at. Let me tell you, this man came prepared. Knowing a bit about cars ourselves, we had a feeling it was a spark plug issue as the car a month before Vegas, so at that time we had replaced some of them ourselves, but forgot to label which ones we replaced. Jon was also upfront was pricing, which was fair with no hidden fees. He explained everything clearly before starting work. When Jon swung by, he, too, suspected it was a spark plug issue and mentioned replacing it, stating he'll need to get a part nearby. We had some spark plugs from the fix last month in the trunk and he said we should try those to see if it'll fix the issue. Told us to drive around a bit to see if it's fixed, and if not, for us to drive to his shop nearby for further diagnostic as the car was throwing various codes, including a fuel injector issue. Unfortunately, when we drove around, we realized the replacing of the spark plug that we had didn't work, so we called Jon who was ready to meet us at his shop after running a quick auto shop errand. Turns out the spark plug in total needed to be replaced, a new part he had, and guess what? It worked! Our family was able to return home safely from our Vegas trip thanks to Jon! Definitely recommending Jon to friends and family if they're ever experiencing car troubles!

Will be going here from now on for any repairs! My 2010…read moreToyota reached 100,000 miles and I took it to the Toyota dealership for an oil change. Miraculously, they found a whole bunch of other things that needed work that wasn't mentioned at all during the last oil change just 5000 miles before, done at the same dealership. Their quote to complete all that work was just under $7000, with just 1 "photo". I work in auto insurance and know car parts and that photo was so close you could barely tell what "damage" there was. I also didn't appreciate that the service advisor talked down to me like I was completely clueless. Took it to Roberto at Diego's and he took a look at everything Toyota claimed. He also took a look at the work Toyota claimed they did. He allowed you to actually look at everything he was pointing out so you could actual confirm everything he was saying needed to be fixed. Some of the work Toyota claimed they did was either not done at all or not done well and should be redone. Also, some of the work Toyota claimed was completely false and showed you exactly why. After his review my amount went down to less than $2000 to fix my car. Much more affordable and I actually believe him and he explained enduring without talking down to me. He fixed up everything in a day!! Had my car back the next afternoon. Drives almost like new now!! Highly recommended everyone go see Roberto!

I'm usually VERY hesitant about who I allow to work on my car, but Thomas quickly made me feel like it wasn't just about the money -- he genuinely wanted to make sure my car was safe and that I could feel comfortable driving it again. He started with a full inspection and was very honest with me about what needed attention. I made it clear that I was working with a budget, and he was willing to work with me and prioritize what needed to be done. That alone meant a lot to me. I trusted him to do the work, and I'm so glad I did. My car is running great, and by the end of the day I genuinely felt like a huge burden had been lifted off my shoulders. What impressed me even more was that my visit had NOTHING to do with my tires. I actually had a completely separate appointment scheduled with a tire shop because I was dealing with another issue -- and Thomas went ahead and took care of that for me too! I came into USA Auto feeling stressed and worried about my car, and I left feeling relieved and comfortable knowing it was running smoothly and safely again. I'm genuinely so appreciative of Thomas and the entire USA Auto team for taking care of me. Thank you so much! You definitely earned my trust and my business.

My air had stopped blowing cold air and I could not take just rolling down the windows, since I knew it would be getting hotter real fast. However after talking with Thomas, who gave me a run down on what my car needed Per him my air conditioning didn't just need a charge, I needed an entire Air Compressor Kit and processed to quote me an crazy amount, plus other issues he had found that needed to be taken care of. I told him I would talk it over with my husband and get back to him. The next day, I came back to fix a passenger side axle, since that was more important at the moment, however Thomas is not there on this day now I have someone else in my face fast talking, thinking he got a stupid woman in his view and he's coming up with more things that need fixing, now I'm getting upset because he really thinks he got me on the hook, I processed to tell him please just fix what I came here for, so I can be on my way. He asked if I wanted to take care of the Air Compressor Kit, I said No, my husband found another place that will do it for $500 cheaper than you and he said with taking a beat, I'll match that price. wow really, I bet you would. I gave them 3 stars, due to the fact, since I would not allow them to fix anything else, my appt was for 8:30am, they did not finish my car until almost 12pm, I kept getting the run around I personally didn't feel like these men were on the up and up, their fast talking seems very suspicious and sketchy.
