Incredible experience …read more.. Not only did this team go above and beyond to ensure that I could rent what I needed to for a short-term, out-of-town engagement, but they literally spent an hour walking me through how to correctly hook up the equipment, suggesting better options, even helping to fix an error message that was coming up with the software that for sure would've stopped me in my tracks on my own on location. They handle much much bigger jobs than what I needed - literally just a remote recording set up - they carry everything necessary for full on production (TV, and movie sets), large-scale remote events, to individual in-home studio needs. They have an outstanding reputation - which is why I had been referred over to them - but not in my wildest dreams did I imagine that they would be as kind, accommodating, and patient as they were... For the record I'd actually called another "top rental house" prior (LOCATION SOUND - see review) that was located even closer to my office... but the person there in rentals was so abrupt that instinctively it just felt like it would be a wrong decision; part of what you need when you rent expensive equipment of course is great customer service... so that if something goes wrong and you need assistance, you know that you've got it. Cannot recommend highly enough. Definitely wanna call ahead to make sure that if you need tech assistance their tech expert is in the house and not on location helping someone remote, and to make sure of course that what you need has not been rented out to some large scale production during the days that you will need it. Must call! Thank you Kathryn Cory B.

The charming Rebecca asked what I needed, took my details, and I left my beloved and trusty two-stroke Ryobi leafblower in their care for its first tune-up since purchase. (Still running, just rough). She advised it would take two or three days. She called me back the next day. 45 bucks, including a carby rebuild. They no longer do repairs, but the tool rental man, who used to do repairs, took a look at it, and said one or both of the fuel lines needed to be replaced. I called John's, and the man I spoke with said they could make the repair. About two weeks later, I drove about 20 miles to get there, A different man, without even inspecting the chainsaw, said it needed a new carburetor, and I should just get a new chainsaw. The chainsaw hadn't shown any sign of carburetor problems, and he refused to try replacing the fuel line(s) first. Thank you for wasting my time.

They said to just bypass it (which removes the safety mechanism). At the end of the job, I asked for some credit for the broken component, which was attached to a metal cart that cost a whopping $80/day. I emailed and called multiple times and just got the run around. No credit, no response. Interesting too because the other review written here mentions getting a generous credit. I was told that giving credit was above their pay grade. Total cost at the end of 3-days was over $700 -- and we picked it up and returned it ourselves. Pricing seems exorbitant, but if nobody else has the equipment that you need, this may be your only option. Seems like a hunk of metal that can't really fail (except for the switch) plus the machine and some other component that I was charged the daily rate for could be a little more reasonable.

We recently partnered with Luxury Flush as the restroom provider for a large scale, high end, high…read morevolume event on the Santa Monica Pier. It was an exceptionally complex project involving multiple 10-station restroom trailers, several ADA trailers, and a large quantity of luxury single-unit restrooms. Add in a challenging venue, difficult equipment placement, restricted servicing windows, and a 15-day continuous event schedule, and it quickly became clear we needed a true partner rather than simply a vendor. From day one, Natalia and the entire Luxury Flush team exceeded every expectation. Natalia was responsive, proactive, and relentlessly solution oriented. No matter what changed, whether it was logistics, placement, servicing schedules, or last-minute operational needs, she and her team adapted without hesitation and without complaint. It was refreshing to work with someone who consistently focused on finding solutions rather than identifying obstacles. Luxury Flush provided daily servicing, often twice per day, along with professional restroom attendants throughout event hours. When we unexpectedly needed a cleaning crew for our 30,000+ square foot event footprint with less than 12 hours' notice, Natalia assembled and managed an outstanding team that performed exceptionally well. The quality of the equipment was excellent, pricing was fair, and the level of customer service, professionalism, and operational support was first class. Luxury Flush proved themselves to be a dependable, flexible, and trusted partner throughout one of the most demanding projects I've managed. I would recommend Natalia and the entire Luxury Flush team without hesitation and look forward to working with them again.

It also tripped the circuit breaker in my garage and we had to manually open the door. I do recommend this company but with some guidelines: First, don't let the driver talk you into using your power because their generator is too loud. It wasn't loud the first time. If there's no AC or music, call the company and ask how to resolve the problem. Had I known we would have disconnected our power and turned on their generator. The first driver we got was amazing, the one we got this time was lacking. They were late to pick up the trailer and when I called the driver back he said he'd been released for the night and to call the owner. Luckily the problem was resolved quickly and a different driver came to pick up the trailer. Lastly, the toilet in the ladies room was leaking. I do like their service and I do recommend them but next time I know what to watch out for.
