We had a burned out system of recessed lights and old-style transformers in my daughter's bathroom, and another electrician had quoted thousands. Quantum answered their phone immediately, set an appointment for the next day, and spent a good amount of time assessing the problem. Indeed, fixing the existing system would have been pricey and difficult, as the parts were well-outdated, and would take some hunting or cobbling together of old and new. But rather than try to convince us to do that, they suggested removing the old system entirely and replacing it with a more modern one. While that might have seemed the bigger job, it was actually the simplest thing to do -- and the least expensive. Instead of thousands, the whole job cost $450. The owner, Andrei, is friendly, accommodating, honest and knowledgeable.
