They only allow riding the rides once or twice at $30 per kid for ONLY 1.5hours, (why not let the kids ride or jump on whatever for however many times) but it keeps it empty! and Very clean. This end of the mall deserted. the jumping is in two large bounce houses with one large slide included No height requirement!!! (LOVE THIS) under 2 they suggest an adult to ride along (not required, if able) The bumper cars are battery operated - so soft bumps and fun Very clean My kids loved it, both 2 and 4.5 were wore-out with the jump time and found it all amazing and 2 times for each ride was perfect. We actually left earlier than paid for (only jump time left and they were too tired) both kids loved every minute at their own private carnival.

ONE HOUR for $30. That's it. To add insult to injury, they limit each child to riding each ride one time. Yup, that's right. You have 1 hour in the building total and during that time you are limited to how many times you can ride each ride. All of the other games require tokens, for which you have to pay more money. Some of the games were broken and took tokens without cutting on. This place is a total waste of time and money.

She received a call on 1/13/122 from someone apologizing that my friend has to cancel her event due to being on bed rest and explained that she would have, I believe 6 months to rent the chair at no cost, so basically a credit. Except.. my fe friend did not cancel her even because she's not on bedrest, which she explained. The apologized for the mixed up and confirmed the event and delivery for the event in Colombia Maryland. The delivery of my friend's rented chair was supposed to be between 2&3 because the event started at 5pm. 3 o'clock passed, no chair; 4pm, not chair. We finally call after 4 to get an estimated time of arrival, no answer. We checked and saw that the times listed on google have a closure of 2pm. We continued to call anyway and a woman picked up. We explained the situation and gave them my friend's last name. They told us there was no rental under that name. Praise God that I asked my friend to send me every receipt and communication with vendors, because I was Able to find the confirmation number for the rental. We give it to the woman and she tells us that the notes say that the rental is canceled because the person is on bedrest. I explained that they called yesterday and it was already explained that she is not on bedrest, very much well, very much working and very much expected to show up soon for her shower, so the issue needs to be fixed. Her response was that there was nothing that could be done because the warehouse was closed and the workers were at another event. I exchanged some words that included asking if my friend, who is 33 weeks pregnant is now expected to stand in the front of her event because of their mix up and demand that they find someone to open the warehouse so that we can come and get the chair. After bantering back and forth, which I should not have even had to do, the woman tells us someone will be there soon. Another friend reaches to the warehouse and is met by a girl standing at the door unbraiding her hair and being dismissive. We finally get the chair.. so we will be reaching out to talk about delivery fee. Since we took the chair and they now know the event is on. You think they would come and get the chair? NOPE. We had to call again ... we waited about an hour and a half for someone to show up. Person shows up complaining about how the company has him picking up the chair and he's not even supposed to be working. Tells us to express any issues we have with the front desk. #1 we didn't even express any issues TO HIM #2 it sounds like HE needed to express his issues with the front desk. I would never EVER use this place. If it was the last place standing in Maryland, I would rent from another state.

I asked for what I…read morethought was an impossible balloon display, and to my AMAZEMENT it was the most Elegant balloon display ever. My guest are still talking about it. Not only was it Delivered timely the set up was quick & professional. I could tell the balloon design was made with expertise and love of what you do. My mother and I hired NoLo for my wedding recently. Nora was my planner and we hired her for the…read more"Month Of" service. The pricing was reasonable and my mother and I agree - WORTH EVERY PENNY. We both are high strung individuals so having Nora there in the last month leading up to the big day was super helpful. We tend to leave things to the last minute but Nora stayed on us and made sure she got everything she needed from us. Nora attended our rehearsal and helped choreograph the ceremony. The day of the ceremony she coordinated with the DJ for all announcements and music cues. As a control freak myself, I wanted everything to be perfect. Because I didn't have to yell, scream, or even think on my big day, Nora MADE my day perfect. One of the other reviewers said they had the ceremony and reception in the same place and were worried about space. SAME HERE. I was ready to help move our rental furniture around in my wedding dress after the ceremony. I was worried I'd have to tell people "Alright we do! Now everyone pick up a chair and take it over to a table..." but no such thing happened. Nora coordinated the catering staff and her assistant/husband to get the ceremony broken down and dinner set up during cocktail hour while the bridal party took pictures. The biggest rave I have about Nora is that about a week before my wedding I sent her a three page email (single spaced) with every anxiety, fear, and wedding nightmare I've had in the past year and a half. It was definitely an unhinged email. Nora gave me the most valuable wedding gift I could have gotten then: Peace of Mind. She sent me a reply that both validated my feelings and helped me calm down a bit. If I ever need to plan another wedding or help a friend/sibling plan a wedding, I'm strongly recommending Nora's services. Next time, though, I may just have to hire NoLo for the entire wedding planning package because I'm sure NoLo will plan a magical wedding!

I hired Nora and Lorinda (NoLo) a few months out from my wedding as I was realizing I needed some…read morehelp and the coordinator that came with my venue was not being as responsive as I would have liked. I just felt like I needed someone objective to keep me sane and help me with the little details. I met with the girls as they offered a "day of" package for a great price that was within my budget. It took about 5 minutes of hellos and small talk to know these ladies were THE BEST investment of my entire wedding! They reminded me of little details I forgot about and helped to handle those little details. I was immediately at ease and didn't worry about a thing from then on. They worked great with the on site coordinator and the day went as smoothly as it could have. If I started to think about something that may have been forgot, they just flashed me a smile to let me know they had already handled it. They were extremely professional but had fun as well because that is the only way I would have it! Even though it was a "day of" package, they took the time to meet with me a few times beforehand to go over things and offered to hold onto any decor I needed stored until the day. If i sent an email about something, they responded immediately. (And believe me, I sent quite a few emails haha). They truly were my little guardian angels that day and I can't thank them enough for all they did for me. I can say with 100% honesty that I had an absolute blast at my wedding and enjoyed every second of it and I truly believe that is because of Nora and Lorinda.
