Lol second time they came out the next day messed up all the wiring and got the AC unit to run but did not blow cold air. They provided assurance that they would troubleshoot and diagnose the issue before making any decisions on the parts that were failing. They were prompt for when they would arrive. They had 2 techs arrive plus a trainee - Sukhdeep, Balkar and Avtar. They explained in detail what was working and what was not. We were told a technician would be here between 10am - 2pm to service our unit, so we cancelled our plans and waited for them. At 1:50pm, we received a phone call saying that they would not be able to service our unit because they do not service high rise condos. Needless to say the wasted day was frustrating - but another night without heat is even more annoying. We called another company (Condo Heating & Cooling) who is able to come within the hour.
