Even though it was busy, I had an amazing experience much to the credit of the two gentleman at the paint counter. I am a first time stainer, and I bought my piece in after watching the home depot tutorial on staining, to buy the items needed. After selecting my items, I waiting in line (2 people before me, both helped quickly and efficiently) to make sure I had everything I needed. Steve looked at my piece, provided much appreciated guidance and helped me to test the stain in 3 colors!! He was very quick, and didn't make me feel like I was annoying him. He even helped me buy a cleaning agent for the stain in case I get it on anything. He helped me save at least $10 by recommending a different bruch type as well. He left $56,500 worth of cabinetry in the sweltering heat and humidity in Florida 'Beverly Hillbilly' style with over 100 degree heat index and forecasted storms without my prior consent or knowledge that he didn't schedule his installer to arrive for more than a week away! He drove off without even mentioning that detail. EVERY single cabinet was either damaged, mismeasured, built to the wrong specifications, missing shelves, drawers, door fronts, pullouts, or return panels!!! Update: 6/27/23 in response to Owner - Refer to all photos on all review sites for what Jamie considers "above and beyond", "complete", and damage resulting from "all necessary precautions to protect your cabinets" and decide for yourself if this is the level of service or craftsmanship you expect when spending $56,000...
