I am a first time stainer, and I bought my piece in after watching the home depot tutorial on staining, to buy the items needed. After selecting my items, I waiting in line (2 people before me, both helped quickly and efficiently) to make sure I had everything I needed. Steve looked at my piece, provided much appreciated guidance and helped me to test the stain in 3 colors!! He was very quick, and didn't make me feel like I was annoying him. He even helped me buy a cleaning agent for the stain in case I get it on anything. He helped me save at least $10 by recommending a different bruch type as well. EVERY single cabinet was either damaged, mismeasured, built to the wrong specifications, missing shelves, drawers, door fronts, pullouts, or return panels!!!
