I stood at the paint area for 10 minutes and apparently I was invisible because the employee never left his stool at the front of the store. I decided to buy the supplies and go elsewhere for my paint. When I checked out, I was asked if I found everything and responded with a no. The employee still firmly on his stool asked what I needed and I advised I was wanting to buy some paint . The response was, "Oh well, that's the way it goes." No offer to help. I now know that this store is unwilling/unable to meet even the most basic hardware needs. Go elsewhere.

My wife and I purchased a refrigerator from Meridian Lowe's and waited for 7 days to take delivery…read more Today, when the delivery came the refrigerator was damaged so I refused delivery. The driver, a contracted company, told me I had to call the store and arrange for a new delivery. When I called Meridian store, they told me I needed to call the Boise store and make the arrangements since the refrigerator came from that store's stock. Now I have to wait ANOTHER 7 days for the refrigerator re-delivery. RIDICULOUS. Even further, the AI telephone system Lowe's uses is quite frustrating , and annoying to navigate to even speak with a human being. I intend to go and speak with the Lowe's Meridian store manager about this treatment. Likely it will fall on deaf ears, but at least I will have gotten my point of view across other than via a Yelp review. I guess it doesn't matter that I had to re-arrange my day for this delivery and now I will have to again re-arrange another day's appointments for the delivery. Very disappointing customer care.
