Another employee walked by and told me the show room was already closed. I asked if she wanted to sell stone today and she responded well we close at 5 pm. The carpet was not changed out but after he was done, I stepped on it and it felt like a brand new carpet! I drove to the Stonecore location and was told I would have to deal with my project manager Mike Ciccio. He said he would get with his Granite company and get back with me about what could be done. That was over a month ago with zero follow-up from Mike. I reached out to him by text earlier this week and he text back to spay it was a rare issue but that I would have to live with the rust spots. I would tell anyone I know (Stay away from Stonecore) and find another company.

He will typically leave metal items in the sink bowl and it leaves behind rust marks. After a quick search online I found out the sink brand and learned that there is a Jacksonville location. I contacted them and found that they happen to carry grid you can place in the sink so that things won't rust on the bottom. It also makes it easier for water to drain through when there are dishes in the sink. I called and while they usually do wholesale they were able to sell me one sink grid. When I went in, I was promptly greeted and the place was clean. There were only about four or five parking spots in front but given the clientele is usually coming in for a quick browse there shouldn't be a problem. Their main business is wholesale granite and tile. While I was waiting, I took a quick look at their slabs and got lots of ideas on how I could use them for future projects. I checked out quickly and the great was $20 cheaper than what was advertised online. Quick, painless experience and the service will bring me back should I have a need in the future.

I basically made a complete circle and came right back to the same display I had originally looked at. I don't need anything big... just a stone to engrave a family name on for an outside flower bed. While I don't remember his name, the employee that helped me was more than amazing. He physically dug through the bins and moved numerous stones/rocks for me until I decided on one that was suitable for my needs. It's not pink granite... but still able to be engraved and looks great in the flower bed. The employee weighed the slab and then carried it to my car for me, as well. Service above & beyond!! Now to find someone to do the engraving!
