A week later, I got a certified notice of a construction lien on my home. This company has got to be the worst building supplier in the world to go after a homeowner for a small nonbuilding or framing project. This reflects so poorly on the Manning Building Supplies and its practices that I would find someone else to buy from if I were a contractor.

Originally. we had them bring in slabs from Ocala that we hand picked, much to the resistance of the office manager as she only wants to sell what's on the floor. Upon return, explaining the broken one, she flat out refused to bring in an identified slab in the Ocala warehouse, despite it being a guaranteed sale. It was interesting to hear the friendly customer service voice change from super sweet to sudden distaste and actually downright rude. We even had a friend call in to inquire about bringing in a slab and she, Olga, was ready without question until she asked what slab and then asked for who. I actually called the Ocala location and they were going to attempt to ship the slab themselves. Our gc called, as soon as there was a mention of the project, the change in tone rudeness left our gc never using them again. I even emailed the owner, found on linked in and an old email address and no response. Olga was the office manager, and if there is or was anyway to sink a company and drive people out of the door, her sour attitude and rude disrespect leaves us never recommending and advising anyone that weve talked to, in avoiding this location. Do yourself a favor, and if Olga is still part of this location, avoid at all costs.

It took two days due to the moisture barrier and sealant having to dry. He had a smile on the whole time and was such a pleasant and joy to work with! Mike was super friendly, professional, easy to work with, and got the job done as soon as possible! He is very skilled in his work and as I was watching him, he did everything with so much precision, that I was impressed! Our floor looks new!!! The carpet was not changed out but after he was done, I stepped on it and it felt like a brand new carpet! I asked him so many questions (Sorry Mike!) and he answered each and every one without hesitation. I will say that scheduling with Just Floors may take a bit of time so you do have to nudge them occasionally. But once a technician comes out and actually does the work, it's quick. Definitely request Mike! I highly recommend him and he's been in the business for years and knows exactly what he is doing! Thank you Mike, Mallory, and Mary for making our floors look good as new! He will typically leave metal items in the sink bowl and it leaves behind rust marks. After a quick search online I found out the sink brand and learned that there is a Jacksonville location. I contacted them and found that they happen to carry grid you can place in the sink so that things won't rust on the bottom. It also makes it easier for water to drain through when there are dishes in the sink. I called and while they usually do wholesale they were able to sell me one sink grid. When I went in, I was promptly greeted and the place was clean. There were only about four or five parking spots in front but given the clientele is usually coming in for a quick browse there shouldn't be a problem. Their main business is wholesale granite and tile. While I was waiting, I took a quick look at their slabs and got lots of ideas on how I could use them for future projects. I checked out quickly and the great was $20 cheaper than what was advertised online. Quick, painless experience and the service will bring me back should I have a need in the future.
