The guys who installed my subwoofers, drilled a whole through my firewall, and ran a wire through it but didn't put a rubber seal to keep water and dirt out. I didn't realize this until one of the guys at romeros pointed it out to me. He brought my car in, sealed it off, and let me go on with my day. Didn't charge a thing. Great service these guys. I purchased the windshield and it was completed within the timeframe, the windshield was a perfect fit however; I noticed after 2 days the windshield started cracking, I immediately contacted Robert and once again he was quick to respond. He stated he had doubts about the glass, but being it was made the USA and coming from his trusted vendor he figured it would be good even though it was a brand (windshield) he had never used before.
