Wow! This was my first time using yelp and wow, I was amazed! Maddux with Ace is so awesome! Not only is he knowledgeable but he also explained to us what he thought was best for our situation and what he recommended. He did not push anything on us, and let us make our own decision. We decided to go with what he recommended which was 2 springs rather than one. He gave us a very good price as well as responsive service. He even gave us a discount and updates as to when he would be there or how close/far away he was! He was extremely friendly! This is a very trustworthy young man. I would totally recommend going with him, especially if you are looking for great prices. It was super easy and user friendly! read more

I highly recommend going with Ace. I called and they had someone out within the hour. He was very friendly, very honest, and recommended us what he thinks we should do for our broken spring. He didn't push anything on us or make us do anything. Their prices were extremely fair and he mentioned that other companies are over charging. Their company has fantastic prices and we're willing to work with us on anything we needed. They were extremely honest and didn't over charge us at all. He was also dressed very professional and came in a very nice and clean truck. That means a lot to us! Great people there! Highly recommend!!! read more

One of our garage rollers broke off and wanted to address it before a bigger problem arose. Called a couple of companies some responded via dispatch and wanted to send someone out for a fee and then assess the problem. Contacted Ace Garage Door Service and spoke to the tech himself explaining what was going on and he was able to give a rough estimate and responded within the hour. He completed the work as agreed, cleaned up and answered all my questions, bringing back the art of customer service not how much cash can I grab. Thanks! read more

I was very pleased with the service for my garage door opener provided by Maddux. He was very responsive to my call after I had a different company grossly overcharge me the previous day for the same service. He removed the opener installed the previous day and installed a better quality garage door opener, with WIFI capabilities at a much lower price! I was quite pleased with my experience with Ace Garage Door Service and would highly recommend them for your garage door repairs! read more

Great experience. Maddux responded within minutes of my request. After sharing a few pictures of my needed repair, he provided quote (& stuck to the quote), while others came in with quotes higher. I approved the quote and he was in my garage fixing my problem within an hour. He went over and above looking at my problem and making suggestions. I'd highly recommend Maddux and Ace Garage Door Service for any garage door repairs. read more
