Hey, a girl's gotta do what she has to do these days. The two gentlemen who helped me here were absolutely wonderful, a father and son whom I assumed own the place. When I walked through their door proudly holding a part I thought was my furnace igniter, they only laughed at me a little bit while telling me, "That is not a furnace igniter." Oh, I forgot to mention I walked in the door 5 minutes to close (I know, dick move, but I expected to be in and out), and they seemed to think nothing of spending the next 20 minutes explaining some basics about the igniter and how I might easily find it, take it out etc. The next day I returned with the proper piece and once again was sent on my way with about 15-20 minutes of advice and helpful tips and pointers. After reading the rest of the reviews on the page, it's obvious this is just how these guys run their business. You just don't find customer service like that much anymore. They helped me saved around $150 on furnace repairs. Cannot recommend them enough!
