But when asked when they would be getting any more in, the woman who on the phone said "I don't know, you'll have to ask governor Wolf." She was trying to blame supply problems with china on the governor. Any place or business that is going to pass around BS conspiracy theories and get political over fence, when the real problem is the material is made in china, is a no-go place in my book. I'm done with this place. They don't enforce the mask rules either.

I'm 70 now and My kids are calling me saying, "Mom, we needed Tinners Red Paint on the job. Couldn't find it. I said I bet Rolliers has it. And they did. I went in there and it's all you said and more. Every employee knows where everything is. They know things. And all their stuff is so nice. Really quality. I'm never going to HD again." I placed a quick call to Rollier's and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They let me know that they had some watercolor crayons and that they would hold them for me at the front desk. I popped over and ended up buying a plethora of fun craft items. The staff were personable throughout my interactions with them. If you need hardware, or homeware, or craft supplies, or cooking supplies, or basic food items, and so much more - they have it here. The store is well organized and you can tell that the staff take genuine delight in assisting their customers. So our tractor wouldn't start. So we took it to Fletcher's and they told us it was beyond fixing…read moreand they would buy it from us for $50. Or they can fix it for $1200. We ended up taking it to a guy we found on Facebook called Milich Small equipment repair in new Alexandria. He had it running and working for less than $20. We ended up giving him $100 tip because he wouldn't take anything for service. I do not recommend Fletcher. There are a bunch of crooks and they don't know what they're doing. The only reason we ever went to them was because they did one of our push mowers. And they told us that it was fixed they had to put a new carburetor on. Which somehow cost more than a lawnmower. So if you need repairs done, I will go to milich small equipment repair. he charges a flat rate of $50 for a service or less if it's something small. Any charges you when he get charged for the park. So if the park cost $20 to him he charged you $20 nothing extra like Fletcher. The carburetor that they put on our lawnmower, ended up dying like two years later. When Dan put on the new carburetor on our push mower, it cost the same amount. And he told us that it was a Chinese version that they put on that's why I didn't last that long but they charged us $300 for the carburetor.

I always come here for any hardware needs while I'm in the area and he's always the one who writes up my order. He's always very friendly and helpful.

A week later, they continued to look worse and I decided to bring them back. They were extremely rude and the manager Jesse refused to return or exchange them despite it not mentioning live goods ANYWHERE on their entire return policy. He agreed that it should be on the policy, "but it's just not." They lost me as a customer, and considering that they are within 2 miles of a Lowrs and a Home Depot, I'm sure their days are numbered.
