    I will never buy an appliance from Lowe's again. My Wife and I bought a dishwasher from this Lowe's…read morein November. We also bought an install. This has been the experience. -Dishwasher was supposed to be installed in mid-November. Installers arrived, but then said they'd need to return because unexpected work was needed. I was told I'd get a call in 1-2 business days with a new invoice. -I never received a call and I had no contact number, so I called Lowe's. I was told that I needed to pay the new invoice before a date was set, but nobody called me to give me that cost. -Dishwasher installed in late November. -tithe kick-plate popped off the bottom of the dishwasher at the start of April. I couldn't see how it reattached as there was padding packed in behind the plate. The padding was so thick that it appears to have it popped the plate off. I didn't see how to reattach it, so contacted Lowe's. -9 AM to noon of that day was spent on the phone as Lowe's told me to call the Protection Plan number. The Protection Plan group told me to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer told me to contact Lowe's. -when I called the Lowe's store, an employee told me that he could get install to come out and fix the issue and that the installers would call me in 1-2 business days. -I was never called. A week later, I call back to this store and somebody claiming to be a department manager said he'd handle it and that I'd be contacted Im within 24 business hours. -I was never called. I physically went to the store and asked to speak to the install group. An employee called and I was finally scheduled to have this issue fixed on 5/6. -on 5/6, nobody shows. There's no phone call. I call Lowe's, Lowe's calls the installers, and I then receive a text giving me another date later in May. -The installers try calling, but it's between 9 and 11 each time. I'm working and unable to take calls. If I try to call back, I'm unable to reach a human being. -I was finally able to have somebody at the home on 6/18, and I receive a phone call at 7:46 AM saying they'll be arriving in 10-15 minutes. It's now past 9. -I try calling the number for the installer and I'm immediately sent to a recording saying that the voicemail box isn't set up, and the call cuts off. -it's been 2 and a half months of trying to get this resolved and the only person to show the least of interest in helping me is a rep Customer Care. -Customer Care said I should expect a call from a store manager, but I've gotten nothing. It's blatantly obvious that this location doesn't care about the customer, so I'm going to return the sentiment and do my appliance shopping elsewhere. UPDATE: Lowe's called at 7:45 AM saying they'd arrive to my home in 10-15 minutes. They once again no-showed and didn't call until 11:30 to tell me they'd not make it today.
